Located on the main canal with a fantastic view of Copano Bay from your spacious deck. Enjoy a sunrise with your coffee or a sunset with your favorite glass of wine. Feel the gentle breeze as you lounge on the very comfortable patio furniture on the upper deck. You will not believe your eyes as you view the living aquarium attracted by the underwater light below. Enjoy a romantic and relaxing evening meal under the stars as you listen to the breeze rustle the thirty-foot palm right next to you. Warning: this may become habit forming. The lower area has a lighted fish cleaning station, picnic tables and a large BBQ/Fire pit. You have a private dock so bring your boat if you have one or just enjoy the fishing.

The house's décor has been selected to create a tropical look with beautiful cobblestone floors, wicker furniture, fun colors and spacious areas. Like two houses in one, perfect for two families, couples, or just great friends. Each level has private entrances. Downstairs has a full kitchen, living area, bedroom, bath, tropical bar/eating area, full size slot machine (for amusement only - tokens supplied), and lots of sunny windows. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, living/dining area, full kitchen and bath. Lots of extras too! Linens, towels, beach toys, movies, books, games etc. are supplied. This is a full two storey house with three full bedrooms offering a queen bed, full, two twins, and a trundle queen for lots of sleeping options.

Included at no extra charge is a gated private lighted bay fishing pier with a playground for the kids. Also a community swimming pool is available during the summer months.
