This is a canal front home on Estes Flats and Red Fish Bay and is water-accessible to Port Aransas & the Gulf of Mexico.

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar; dining room, living room and sitting area, make for a spacious environment for the entire family and guests.

Three bedrooms and two full baths with one king, two qeens, 2 futons, and one sleeper to sleep 13 very comfortably.

Amenities include satellite TV(Direct TV) in living room and Master Bedroom, DVD player, internet access (bring your own computer), attached garage, fish cleaning station, boat lift available for multiple weeks, fireplace, all linens and bedding, charcoal grill outside cooking.
