Description of the Rocky Point vacation villa rental

Enjoy, Casa Luna,our beautiful Beach Villa, in the exclusive beachfront gated community of luxury homes in the subdivision of Playa Encanto,called Playa La Jolla Bella Vita Beach Club. It has 24 hour security, a large beachfront resort swimming pool,deck,adjacent kiddie pool,spa,tennis court, beach palapas,outdoor showers,picnic tables and club house with internet access.

Stay at our main house, Casa Luna,to the left of the club house as you face the beach. This is a single level custom home that has 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms,that can comfortably sleep 12 people. The master suite has a queen bed, fireplace (please use man-made logs only),a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub,stall shower with new custom Mexican tiling,double sinks, a walk in closet and a separate exit to a private sun porch. A 2nd bedroom has a queen bed,a 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds,and a 4th bedroom has a double bed. Each bedroom has its own closet. There are ceiling fans throughout with lofty rustic wood beams. The great room has a queen sofa sleeper, a fireplace, a fully furnished kitchen and dining area with a large dining table. The kitchen is complete with a gas stove with 4 burners,an oven,a full sized refrigerator,microwave,toaster,
blender,pots,pans,cooking utensils,dishes,glasses,cups,
towels,bed linens, blankets,etc. The living room has a TV,VCR,DVD and hookups for all your toys. There is an outdoor barbeque. For renters for week long stays,washer & dryers are available on our rental property. Just bring your suntan lotin and enjoy the breath taking ocean and mountain views and heavenly sunsets from our sundeck,porches and balconies.

There are 2 adjacent apartments, Condo Luna 1 downstairs and Condo Luna 2 upstairs. Condo Luna 1 has 1 bedroom with 2 double beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a dining table, private sun porch, a bathroom with stall shower and is fully furnished with all the kitchen and entertainment appliances just like the main house. It can sleep 6 people. Condo Luna 2 is the apartment upstairs from Condo Luna 1 with 2 bedrooms,each with a double bed and a queen sofa sleepr in the living room with a dining table and a private balcony for star gazing or watching our famous sunsets. It also sleeps 6 people. You can rent the house and the 2 apartments together for a large group of 24, or the house or either apartment separately for a smaller gathering. You don't need a passport to return by car to the US from Rocky Point, just a copy of your birth certificate and valid driver's license as photo ID. Perhaps by June 2009 a passport may be needed. You don't need to change money to pesos, as the US & Canadian currency is widely accepted as well as credit cards.
