Ocean Front Condo built in 2010. Beautiful condo with amazing ocean and sound views, wood floors, upgraded appliances and countertops, elevator and pristine beaches!

Enjoy this luxurious ocean front condo with upgrades throughout and great Ocean views from the King Master Bedroom, Living Room or private balcony. This great condo complex also offers a community pool, a fishing pond, and a community grilling area.

Located in the quaint village of Rodanthe, your family will be able to enjoy the quiet of nature, gorgeous scenery and the charm of this old fishing village and world class kite boarding location. While you are “away from it all” you will also have plenty of shopping and dinning opportunities and first class accommodations in this well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo.

There is a King Master Bedroom w/ deck access a large living / dining area, a well appointed kitchen w/ breakfast bar, a private washer and dryer (in unit) and an additional bathroom and bedroom with both a single and queen size bed. There is a private ocean front deck and a sound facing (sunset) deck that leads to the entrance of your condo. For your convenience, an elevator is also located right next to the unit. There is a TV in the master bedroom and one in the living room and we have highspeed wireless Internet. Enjoy stepping back in time with all of the modern day conveniences of this beautiful Ocean Front Condo!

Amazing!!!

We have lived in NC all of our lives and had never been to the Outer Banks. Not only were the view and weather amazing, but so was the condo. The week that we spent was so relaxing and the people, what few we ran into were so nice. It was like having your own private island. We used our time to truly relax, release and renew. I would highly recommend this property. We even talked about returning annually. Randall & Evelyn
