It won’t take long for GOOD DAY SUNSHINE to have you humming her tune. This special Rodanthe oceanview cottage has an unbeatable close to the ocean location. The ground level has parking, fish table, outside shower, and boardwalk that leads to the ocean. Decks wrap GDS in N,S,& E directions. The down living area has comfy furnishings, SAT/ TV/DVD, bath with tub/shower, and laundry nook. The well equipped kitchen can provide meals to the oceanview dining area and nearby screened porch with picnic table. Bedroom one has a queen, TV/DVD, and semi-pvt entrance to bath. The second floor has a larger living lounge with wraparound couch, deck access, LCD/DVD, stereo, and bath with tub/shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen, TV/DVD, and pvt entrance. Bed three has two pyramids and TV/DVD. Attached by exterior decking is the independent one bedroom unit with loft double bed. This unit has a living room with LCD/DVD, couch, mini-pool table, wet bar with fridge and micro. GOOD DAY SUNSHINE owns the beach.
