Beautiful soundfront Soundsational is back and better than ever. This 2700+s.f. home has a large prime waterfront lot that is the perfect launch for kite surfers, windsurfers, kayakers, and those who simply love the best sunsets on the island. The ground level has good concrete parking, 2 carports, and all weather entry, The waterfront in-ground pool has a large furnished sundeck, hot tub, outside shower and bath. The waterfront is bulkheaded and has a small dock for easy water entry for kids and adults. The first level opens with a s.f. game room with pool table, TV/VCR, stereo, mini kitchen with sink, microwave, fridge, and full bath w/tub shower. Bed one has two bunks and TV/VCR. On level two s.f. bedroom two has a queen, deck access, and shares a bath with hall access. Bed three has two singles and a flat screen TV. Soundfront bed four is a king master with TV, deck access, and full bath with tub/shower. A laundry nook is convenient to all. The third level living area has tall ceilings and has panoramic views of ocean and sound. A gas fireplace, 42” LCD/TV, and stereo anchor the well furnished living room with ½ bath. Another second sitting area has easy access to furnished ocean and sound sundecks. The well designed tile floored kitchen has a breakfast island and is ready to provide meals for hungry friends at the soundfront dining area. Bedroom five is a soundfront king master with deck access and full bath with tub/shower. Kids will flip for the upstairs bonus loft with sleeper sofa. Soundsational is absolutely sensational!

Soundsational is a beautiful home located directly on the sound. We all enjoyed swimming in the heated pool. Our dogs had a wonderful time and we look forward to visiting again in the future!!
