Description of the vacation home rental

The windmill is located on a rustic property, Podere Settevene, an old Italian farmstead recently restored by a renown architect. The windmill comprises of four floors. On the top floor, there is one bedroom with a queen-size bed with a stunning view. There is one modern bathroom with a large shower. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. On the first floor, the living room has a sofa bed for two extra people if necessary.

Area Description

The Windmill is situated on the outskirts of the old city of Nepi, the heart of a territory rich in history. Nepi was first occupied by the Etruscans, then by the Romans, and for a long time it served as a summer residence for many Popes. Nepi is an ideal spot for anyone looking for tranquility and inspiration.

Rome city is only a 25 min car ride. Less than 20 minutes away there is the famous town and Lake of Bracciano. Around the lake you can try out a fine '''wooden oven ' Pizza or take a swim in one of Rome 's natural water reserves.

One of the freshest and most famous water sources of Italy, Aqua di Nepi, is located only five minutes away from the property. There is also a very fine vineyard, Tenuta di Monte Roci, whose wines recently received grand prizes in Italy. One of the best pizzeria's in Lazio is located less than 5 min away.
