The building was recently renovated and consists of only mini apartments.There is an elevator in the building. This handsome apartment is intimate and well furnished. The living room includes a built-in bookshelf, table and chairs, armchair and couch. The master bedroom has a delightful alcove with suffused lights, as well as an wide closet unit. There are 2 bathrooms, and a small cooking corner that's perfect for preparing breakfast or a great plate of spaghetti.
