Very central apartment, living room with double sofa bed and single bed ,kitchen very well equipped, double bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom with tub-shower. Delicious garden furnished. Ideal area full of services. In 8 minutes walking you are in S. Peter, tube line A station Cipro at 50 meters connecting in only 12 minutes to Spanish Steps. In the neighbourhood: shops, supermarket, restaurant, bus, open market, internet point, chemist's, cinema, cycling slope, river, all in 50/100 mt.
ASK IN ANY CASE, I ALSO HAVE A studio for 3 air cond. AND A HOUSE FOR 7 PEOPLE SAME AREA.

Area Description

Central area, any service, bus at 50 meters, you will be in the centre of Rome but like being outside, having romantic dinners in the garden under a typical "roman" big umbrella.

I live very near to the house, so I am at yr disposal for any need.

Possibility to receive e mails, possibility pick up from/to airport with private service, possibility to order a typical italian meal.

This is a lively area, anything you need is within a few meters, and a few minutes you are in the hearth of Rome, without nightly noise.

At 200 mt the famous open market Trionfale, every morning, with fresh food and more.

This house costs less than a b&b and moreover you speak directly with me, the owner, so you can know exactly what you rent.

Wife and I spent 32 days here and it was perfect. 20 steps to the bus, 1 block to the Metro, 2 blocks to the largest outdoor food market. Very safe neighborhood. Had grown children visit and never ran out of hot water. Kitchen is great. Clothes washer a plus. Can't say enough good things about the apartment and Mary (very good English) and very nice and very helpful. We wanted to "live" in Roma away from "English" as in Florence and this was the place. We even took a few days off and did nothing....was great.
