The apartment is located at the 2nd floor of a historical and high profile building with a garden and a fountain. The apartment is very bright with windows facing the river. The flat is furnished with a classical and elegant style. It includes 2 big double rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms (1 living room can be used as an extra bedroom), separate kitchen. Sleeps 4-6 people comfortable. The rent is Euro 1.700 per week, and includes everything like linen, towels, even a cleaning service everyday. For longer period we can make a better deal. You pay much less than a 3-4 stars hotel with the same service and in a much nicer place. Flexible rent for less people. Contact me, I am the landlord, not an agent.

Area Description

The apartment is located in Via Giulia, probably the most beautiful and elegant street of Rome's city center, 1 min walking from Campo de Fiori where there's a daily famous fruit&veg market and Piazza Navona, historical square. Piazza Venezia, the Forum, the Pantheon and Piazza di Spagna are at walking distance as well. Crossing the bridge you can reach Trastevere in 4 mins walking. The apartment has a nice view on the river Tiber. In case of need you can park your car in the private garden.

The apartement is located in the hearth of Rome, all the activities are within 10 mins walking. Lively area like Trastevere (night clubs,pubs, restaurant) are across the bridge. Shops, archeological sites like the Forum, Pantheon etc are this side of the river, about 10 mins. walking maximum.
