Elegantly furnished with everything and parquet floors in every room. The pleasant entrance leads you to the three main rooms of the house: the bedroom suite, the living room and the kitchen.
A wide living room (with a bed sofa) with a big tv set welcomes our customers. The wooden kitchen is fully equipped and comfortable and can be used by our clients (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, utilities are included) one bathroom (with a big shower), air conditioned, autonomous heating, safety box, clothes washers, TV, stereo player, iron and ironing board. The comfortable bedroom is furnished with a queen size with 2 bedside tables bed and a large wardrobe.

This apartment is located on Via Tuscolana, a lively, well-known neighbourhood in Rome.
The whole neighbourhood is filled with stores, restaurants, malls, supermarkets and a local food market where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables and other food items, movie theatres, sports clubs, pubs and pizzeria, which makes this a perfect area to go out at any time of the day or the night.
Close to the underground station (Line A - Anagnina/Battistini), you can reach downtown in less than 15 minutes and have the chance to visit all the most interesting places of Rome like Colosseum, Venice Square, The Forum, Saint Peter’s Basel, Spanish Square and can travel from the northern part of Rome to the southern part in an easy and comfortable way.
What is the main advantage of our setting? It’s easy! You will be staying out of the noises of the City Center in a fashionable and quiet district of Rome and at the same time you’ll be very close to it. We are also close to the G.R.A.
