In the center of Rome, a 15 minute walk from St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums, we invite you to enjoy our unique, bright and characteristic apartment. We have furnished Roma Guest House with care to offer you a relaxing environment from which to explore the "Eternal City" - whether visiting Rome for work or for pleasure.

Roma Guest House offers a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and entrance, as well as a large bedroom with a comfortable sitting area and balcony. We aim to make you feel at home through the services offered within our apartment (including customized welcome kit, wireless internet, SatTV with DVD player, CD player and iPod base), as well as the personal warmth and welcome we extend to all of our guests.

Area Description

Roma Guest House is a five minute walk from the metro station "Ottaviano-San Pietro" which will quickly carry you to the central train station "Termini", as well as the main cultural and historic points of interest in the city. Our neighborhood has a lively feel during the day, as well as an entertaining nightlife. Wine bars, theatre, fine restaurants and traditional pizzerias are all a few steps away, as is the famous "Cola di Rienzo" shopping street.

The neighborhood is also home to a local market "Mercato Trionfale" which is a good starting point for exploring the culinary heart of Roman culture. Finally, if part of your stay in Rome includes a little shopping, you can enjoy the famous "Via Cola di Rienzo", one of the more elegant and refined shopping streets of Rome.

Vacation Rental Policies

Required Stay: minimum 2 nights
Deposits: A deposit is asked upon arrival to Roma Guest House, which is fully reimbursable at the end of your stay, upon return of the keys and confirmation of the condition of the apartment and its contents.

I have loved the place. It's cool, clean, cozy, located in a very attractive part of the town, with many cool restaurants (especially the one right before the building) and bars right next door. It's located on the 8th floor (by elevator of course), meaning that you hardly hear a noise from the street; you can instead enjoy an aperitif on the little cozy balcony with a nice view on Roman roofs. Umberto and Gillian are extremely nice and welcoming, everyday they have had a glass of wine and some tasty delicious local food for my taste. Also, the apartment is at walking distance from the Vatican and the metro station just 3 minutes walking. I've loved the place.

This is a very well-appointed small apartment which provided my wife and I welcome respite from Rome's heat and noise for 2 nights! It's located in a newer part of Rome and only a short walk to the Vatican or Castel Sant' Angelo. The elevator to the apt was welcome, given that it is on the 8th floor! The whole unit was recently renovated and spotless throughout. The bedroom was our favorite - a large, cool and comfortable room. We were able to cook everything we wanted in the fully-equipped kitchen and the small bathroom was very clean and funtional. The apt come quipped with lots of good English reading, music (CD) and video (DVD)! The owners are English-speaking, very friendly and helpful. We got many suggestions and advice which made our brief stay in Rome very memorable!
