The villa is situated 15Km the Milan-Rome A1 Ponzano-Romano/Soratte exit, so interesting places are reachable in reasonable time. For example Florence, Naples and Pompeii are reachable in less than 2 hours, while other interesting places in Tuscany , Umbria or Latium are at very short distances. Around here there are many medieval villages to visit and the environment is really nice with its mountains, hills and unforgettable sunsets. At very short distances there are monasteries and abbeys and there is a natural reserve on the Tiber river. You can also play golf becouse there are golf fields 9 km far
