Beautiful Beach House on Lake Arrowhead in Adams County in central Wisconsin. 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed, 2 baths, a large loft with 6 twin beds, sleeps 12. 3 1/2 hours drive from Chicago area. Screened in porch has a dining table that seats 10-12 and a seating area. There is a gas grill adjacent to the porch. Open Great Room with a fireplace and two sets of sliding glass doors to the deck overlooking the lake. A large dining table that seats 10-12. Large fully equipped kitchen open to Great Room with island that seats 3. Private Pier included. Boat rental nearby. Large sandy beach. Lake Arrowhead is a 325 acre spring fed lake, enjoy fishing, water skiing, etc. Two 18 hole championship golf courses, the Pines and the Lakes(both 4 1/2 star rated courses). Guest amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, 2 clubhouses, 2 lighted tennis courts, basketball/volleyball courts, pavilions, full restaurant and lounge, groomed beach areas with playground equipment and boat launches. Dogs are welcome. Pets are allowed with a $15 per night/per dog non-refundable fee and a $100 refundable security deposit per pet. Must be prearranged. Available for weekends in the winter and spring. Hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, ATV trails, skiing, skating, and cross country skiing all nearby.

Discount Labor Day through Memorial Day
3-night minimum stay at $250 per night.
2-night stays available with $100 cleaning fee.
Holiday rate is $300 per night with a 3 night minimum.
New Years or Christmas is a 4 night minimum at $350 per night or $2100 for the week.

2010 Summer Rate $1950 per week.

5 minute drive to Lake Petenwell, the 2nd largest inland lake in Wisconsin with 23,000 acres of fishing and boating. Only 45 minute drive to the The Wisconsin Dells. The Beach House is on Lake Arrowhead in Rome with a Nekoosa post office.

In the yard we have a fire pit with chairs around it, picnic tables, a charcoal grill, Horseshoes, and Bocce ball. On the beach there is a playground, volleyball nets, private boat pier and beach with swimming raft. We have a large selection of movies, games, and books.

• Deposits: 50% of rent due with reservation. Balance due 2 weeks prior to stay along with a security deposit of $500. Dogs are allowed with a $15 per night per dog fee, and a $100 refundable security deposit per pet. Must be prearranged.
   
• Other Fees: Tax - 5% sales tax and .5% County A tax will be applied at time of final payment.
