LAST MINUTE DEAL 10% Off the nightly rate thru the end of of November.
New Cabin in Ronald near Suncadia and Lake Cle Elum. This cabin is ideal for year around sports and outdoor exploring.Ride ATV's, motorcycles, bicycles, horses, snowmobiles or hike right from your front door. Golf at Suncadias new public golf course designed by Arnold Palmer. There's 2 other public golf courses nearby. The cabin is very open with a loft and 2 bedrooms. It has sleeping for up to 8. A queen bed in the downstairs bedroom. A double bed and a twin bed in the bedroom upstairs and a queen futon and a twin in the loft. There is a TV in the great room with a dvd player and some dvds. A beautiful fireplace is in the great room that is gas. The kitchen has seating for 6 at the table and 2 at the bar area. The kitchen has granite counters, a double oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, pans, dishes, dish towels. There are towels and linens for the beds.

The cabin has access to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center which has a large pool, wading pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball court, beach volleyball, shower/locker room facilities, bbq's, conference room w/free WiFi, TV lounge room, exercise bikes. This is a great place for summertime fun!! Entrance is $2 per guest per day, up to 8 guests. Seasonal.

$75 Cleaning fee plus tax

THE MAP OF THE LOCATION IS INCORRECT.
The property is located approximately 80 miles east of Seattle off of I-90.

This cabin is located in recreation heaven. It is close to Lake Cle Elum for fishing, boating, skiing,tubing, swimming. The Cle Elum river is a 1/2 mile away which is great for fly fishing. Also, the Yakima River is a short drive for great fishing. The cabin is close to a Suncadia's 500 acre space which has lots of trails. Come out and explore you'll probably see the elk and deer. The cabin is also close to the Suncadia Resort that has golfing, restaurants, ice skating, tubing, cross country skiing and different activities depending on the season. Three public golf courses in the area. Downhill skiing is only 30 minutes away. Snowmobile rentals are about a 5 minute drive down the road with some of the best snowmobiling around. Roslyn is the next town over with some restaurants, movie theatre, natural market and in the summer they have a street fair. Cle Elum is about a 10 minute drive that has grocery shopping, restaurants, and some other stores. The Coal Miners trail goes through Ronald all the way to Cle Elum. Take a walk or ride a bike. In the summer, there are lots of trails for mountain biking, dirt biking, & hiking.

• Deposits: Policy is $200 deposit to hold any reservation. The deposit is refundable less processing fee until 60 days prior to check in date. The deposit becomes 100% non refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the check in date. Refunds will not be given for weather or pass closures. If all 3 mountain passes are closed for the entire stay, I will reschedule your stay for another time.
   
• Other Fees: $75 cleaning fee plus tax. Payment is due in full 60 days prior to check in or the reservation will be cancelled with no refund of the deposit. Flexible on check in or check out time if there are no other reservations. The map is incorrect. It is in Ronald, not in the town, but outside of the town. It's off of Baker Rd. in a small development of cabins on large lots.
