Villa Pacifica is a two-story (approx. 2000 sq.ft.), two-bedroom/2.5-bath condo that features the ultimate in an oceanfront vacation. It's one of 12 luxurious oceanfront condos -- just 45 minutes from San Diego. If it has always been your dream to skin dive and snorkel, catamaran or windsurf, walk from your front door to the beach at sunset, or just inhale the majestic coastline, you owe it to yourself to visit our beautifully decorated condo at Villa Pacifica. It's located at KM. 40.6 on the free road -- eight miles south of Rosarito Beach. The landscaping surrounding the oceanfront condos is lush and colorful. There is also a newly built pool and jacuzzi that overlook the ocean! The bedrooms, dining room, and living room each afford you spectacular ocean and white-water views.
