Private balcony off the living room and another off the master bedroom. Walk out of the building and down a private rock stariway to a private sandy beach in a secluded cove. On the other side of the building is a stone walkway down to a large tide pool area. Explore the caves, rocks, tide pools, and beach - all right outside your door!

There is also a cement pier for fishing, a large swimming pool overlooking the ocean, and a clubhouse area with sweeping ocean views.

Located in a secure gated building with a 24-hour guard. Situated atop the low cliffs just 5 minutes south of downtown Rosarito.

Far enough away that it is peaceful and serene (quiet hour after 10:00 p.m.), yet close enough you can be in the center of the nightlife within 5 minutes. Only 17 miles to the U.S. border - 20 minutes from San Diego via the toll road. Once you arrive you won't want to leave!
