Our building is closer to the water than any other building in the area. You have a totally clear and unobstructed view of the sea. There is nothing between you and the water.
On either side you see private sandy coves outlines by rocky cliffs. From here you see dolphins surfing the waves, and pelicans gliding just above the waves. The view changes as the morning light gives way to mid-day light, and then to evening light. The waves give a comforting sound. Often it's a quiet rhythm, ever-present. Sometimes it's a dramatic pound!
It's just a twelve minute walk to Rosarito Beach. Close enough to present a pretty view, but far enough away to be peaceful.
Our penthouse looks South. You overlook two private coves, the expansive ocean in front of you, the white stucco houses with red tile roofs, the pastoral scene of horses grazing on the rolling hills, and two mountains. These views can be seen from the kitchen, dining room, living room, TV room and master bedroom.
Another special feature is the windows. They go from the floor to the ceiling--of two stories! It is like an Omnimax presentation! The windows flood the rooms with natural light, and the window view is filled with the blue of the ocean. The tall columns just outside the window add a majestic touch. Long balconies on two floors let you step out and savor the view. You'll feel the cool ocean breeze on your face, hear the sea roar, and smell the salty air.
There is no medicine like a Mexican getaway. Come 17 miles south of the border and enjoy the fantastic view. You might just come back again and again.

Area Description

We are south of Rosarito Beach so you can enjoy the peacefulness of Mexico, yet close enough to get to town. Activities and Attractions include: horseback riding along Rosarito Beach, golf, swimming, wildlife viewing, hiking, shelling, Fox Studios, musuems, cinemas, shopping, wonderful restaurants (ie Puerto Neuvo lobster), and sunrise/sunset viewing from our penthouse.
