Description of the Rosarito Beach vacation villa rental

Beautiful and luxirious 1,100 sq.ft two-story 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths beach house (unit #2) that has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, it has its separate living area and dining area for 6 guests, has 2 private lanais; one in the master bedroom with ocean view and the other by the family room with view to the pool,tennis courts and main club house. Only 4 steps away is the main swimming pool and spa,tennis courts and main club house. The beach is only a 1 minute walk inside the resort. Two accesses to the beach.

La Paloma Beach & Tennis Club is an upscale resort that is gated with 24 hour security and only owners and guests are allowed in with a special pass. For your entertainment and enjoyment onsite are 4 swimming pools & jacuzzis, 3 championship tennis courts, 4 club houses, gymnasium and barbecue areas.

*Master Bedroom has queen bed,its own bathroom, balcony and ocean view.
*Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds.
*Bedroom #3 has 1 queen bed.
*each bedroom has its own LCD T.V.

1 bedroom (queen bed), 1 bath villa #213B that sleeps 2 for $99.00/nite. Beautiful Mexican furnishings. IT HAS ITS DINNING AREA, LIVING ROOM, KITCHENETE AND BALCONY.

this is a beautiful well kept resort. I think it is one of the nicer units there. the ocean was awesome and the waves were great for bodyboarding. the pool was very nice the hot tub jets did not work and the beds were a little squeaky. but other than that it was very nice and some what inexpensive to stay.

Extremely comfortable villa with great views.Every room has a flat screen tv with cable. The villa is well kept and modern. Location is right in front of the swimming pool and jacuzzi. 10 minute walk to downtown rosarito.

The condo is very comfortable and clean. The decor is beautiful.The facility is child friendly, it has a restaurant with childrens playground. It has a rec.room with 2 billiards tables, tennis courts and steps to the ocean. The swimming pool was warm w/attached kiddie pool. My kids loved everything. I Highly recommend it. thanks jeff
