Description of the Rosarito Beach vacation villa rental

Location, location,location! Beautiful 1,100 sq.ft two-story 3 bedroom beach villa (unit #2)with contemporary furnishings, 2 1/2 baths, 2 balconies and is located inside the prestigious and exclusive Resort La Paloma Beach and Tennis Club. The villa is located only 4 steps from main swimming pool and jacuzzi, tennis courts, main club house where there are game tables,barbecue area, gymnasium and reading area. Might as well be your private area since it is so close to the villa. Another 10 steps away you have a lovely mini garden where small children can play. The beach is only a 1 minute walk away.

The villa was completely renovated in April 2007 with first class furnishings: bamboo flooring, travertine marble floors in bathrooms and kitchen, granite countertop in kitchen, stainless steel appliances,Lcd's t.v. in each bedroom and living room.

Master Bedroom has queen bed,its own bathroom, balcony and ocean view, bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds, and bedroom #3 has 1 queen bed. Dinning table for 6 guests. Maximum occupancy of 6 is strictly enforced.

Perfect villa for families, group of friends or couples. You have everything you need to make your stay very enjoyable both inside and outside of the villa. A selection of 22+ children's DVD's available for their enjoyment and relaxation after a fun full day. For a $15.00 daily fee you can have maid service. Babysitting services also available thru the onsite rental office. Towels and linens are provided. You only need to bring your clothes and beach towels.

The resort has a beautiful pathway to walk from one end to the other with fresh air and breeze to breath and the sound of the ocean waves to relax you and give you a feeling of well being. Book at the front office a 45 minute relaxation massage for only $25.00.

Grocery store located accross the street, laundromat available inside the resort, childrens play area and Mamamia Restaurant. Only a 10 minute walk to downtown Rosarito or 1/4 mile drive. The resort is located at the south end of downtown Rosarito very close and yet a world apart. Please check the availability calendar for this Villa. It is a must. You will have a wonderful time.

Each villa is thouroughly cleaned and everything washed after each use. The owners of the villas and their children have allergies so please be considerate and smoke if you must outside in the balconies in order to maintain the units in their almost perfect condition. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Extremely comfortable villa with great views.Every room has a flat screen tv with cable. The villa is well kept and modern. Location is right in front of the swimming pool and jacuzzi. 10 minute walk to downtown rosarito.

The condo is very comfortable and clean. The decor is beautiful.The facility is child friendly, it has a restaurant with childrens playground. It has a rec.room with 2 billiards tables, tennis courts and steps to the ocean. The swimming pool was warm w/attached kiddie pool. My kids loved everything. I Highly recommend it. thanks jeff
