The house is brand new and so is most of the furniture. There's beautiful tile on the first and 2nd floors the stairs have wood steps and there's prego style flooring in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a magnificent oceanview with a private bathroom and direct access to the balcony for a 180 degree view. The master bedroom also boast high ceilings and a huge walk-in closet.
This getaway is perfect for a family or couples looking to just relax and enjoy a beautiful early dawn and/or amazing sunsets.

ONLY a 15 min. drive south of the U.S. / Mexican boarder before you know it you'll be driving down the scenic ocean view highway. Once your at the house you'll only need to drive three miles south to Rosarito or nine miles south to Fox Studios and another seven miles to World Famous Puerto Nuevo (Lobster Village) go relax and enjoy a delicous Crab or Lobster dinner. Therefore, a friday night stay, a saturday night stay and/or a sunday night stay are all considered weekend days.
