If you’re looking for an extraordinary and unforgettable vacation our Condo on Rotonda Boulevard West is the place for you. This impeccably clean condo retreat is furnished and situated in the desirable and highly sought after deed restricted community of Rotonda West on the Gulf Coast. The condo is an open concept with cathedral ceilings, central air conditioning and ceiling fans.

There’s a large capacity washer and dryer on the lanai and a dishwasher inside the condo. There's also a very nice kitchen with appliances and dinner set table. This condo features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and a 42" flat screen plasma TV is in the living room.

Rotonda West is truly an undiscovered paradise. This location is perfect for relaxing or for the more adventurous type traveler, families and couples alike. Rotonda is a great location for boating, fishing, water sports, tennis, golf, walking, nature trails, nature spotting and cycling.

There's 20 golf courses located within 15-20 miles of the condo. There's 6 golf courses in Rotonda alone. The condo is located aproximately 6 miles from the three white sand beaches of the beautiful Manasota Key. There's also the white sand beaches at Stump Pass and Palm Island. The condo is located 5 miles from the world famous island of Boca Grande--Tarpon capital of the world.

Quiet, clean, modern and comfortable!!!

We stayed in this lovely condo unit in Rotonda for the month of December 2011. This unit is immaculately clean with modern furnishings, and is amply stocked with fashionable linens, dishes, etc.. Beds were super comfortable with plush pillows, and the unit is equipped with A/C (although we didn't need to use it because every room has a ceiling fan). The unit has a dishwasher (important!), and a handy washer and dryer situated in a good sized lanai with two swivel padded chairs that you could practically sleep in, they were so comfortable. Wireless internet was lightening fast, and the large flat screen TV is in the living room has a wide selection of channels for your viewing pleasure. The neighborhood is quiet (about a 10 minute drive into Englewood) and the grounds are well maintained. All in all, we could not think of anything negative to say about this unit; we would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this little gem to anyone who is looking to kick back and relax in Rotonda. Enjoy your stay!!
