Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Required Stay: Sunday to Saturday for Weekly rentals
Lodging Tax: 11%
Deposits: 20% of weekly/monthly rate.
Other Fees: All utilites are paid by landlord with the exception of excess elcetric. Landlord will pay the electric bill up to $100, any monies after $100 will be the responsiblity of the renter. Landlord will notify renter if bill exceeds $100. $100 is the current monthly average.
