Thanks for the short break. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very quiet with lots of wildlife. We saw a Great Horned Owl perched in the pines behind the house and my friend said the the wild character of the area is just like Jurasic Park(No man eating lizards though). We loved the pool and could sit out on the pool patio for dinner every evening. Definitely a place to stay again and again.

I highly recommend this villa for a chill our break , its so quiet and yet a stones through from all the beach and shopping action!To us it was a high quality villa at reasonable price. The location was marvelous and would entice me, amongst many other reasons, to return here very soon. Great thing for the kids was the park close by and the tennis as well its a safe area a real haven! we actually came here after spending a week in Orlando and really appreciated putting our feet up in this beautiful villa.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunhaven villa, it was ideal for us, a peaceful retreat away from the stress of our lives!Unlike a lot of other properties in Rotonda ,SunHaven is a little off the beaten track and is surrounded by pine trees on all sides and across the drive as well there are no houses.its so green and beautiful. The pool is south facing which gets the sun all day. We had a barbecue there most evenings it was just bliss! We were in easy reach of the Gulf Coast beaches , Englewood being the closest and we went there on a regular basis. There are also lots of restaurants to choose from also in Englewood. My husband is a golf nut so he was able to get his fix in a few minutes from the villa. As for the Villa , it was first class, well presented and very well equipped. we loved the direct pool access from the Master bedroom, saved going all the way through the villa with wet clothes from the pool. We would definitely recommend this villa and come back next year!
