We chose this location because of its peacefullness, beauty and serenity.
If you are looking for a getaway , away from the noise, high rises and stress our villa is the perfect chill out zone.
We have provided every modern convenience for you and your family to enjoy.
The villa has its own south facing swimming pool with electric heat if required for all year round use.
The lanai has an outside dining set for morning coffee and al fresco dining, or why not lay back on the sunloungers and enjoy that year round sunshine.
Sunbathe by your private pool before you leave for a day's activities, and just plunge in when you come home. You can swim when you please, nap when you please, watch TV whenever you please and do all this in complete privacy, luxury and style. Your Florida vacation awaits you!
We have also provided a gas BBQ so you can truly partake in the Floridian life style!
SunHaven Villa has a whole home audio system so you can listen to your choice of music from your ipod.
The villa has a computer and Wi Fi Internet along with a 42"flat screen Tv , 32" Flat screen in the master bedroom, a playstation 3 and a blu ray dvd player.

We stayed at SunHaven Villa for 11 days for our honeymoon. House was very clean upon arrival and the decor was exactly as pictured. We particularly enjoyed the pool, pool toys, whole home audio, and ice maker. We spent most days just relaxing by the pool. If that's not for you there is lots to do nearby and traffic is much lighter than the larger cities elsewhere in Florida. This was our first time renting a house in Florida and I don't think we will ever stay in a hotel again!

This is a great place to stay, rooms are very nice. Pool area super for the children. ts a total chill out place with quiet evenings spent having BBQ's. Days were spent lazing by the pool. All the luxuries you would find at a five star hotel It was one of the best holidays for me and my family. We will come back.

I highly recommend this villa for a chill our break , its so quiet and yet a stones through from all the beach and shopping action!To us it was a high quality villa at reasonable price. The location was marvelous and would entice me, amongst many other reasons, to return here very soon. Great thing for the kids was the park close by and the tennis as well its a safe area a real haven! we actually came here after spending a week in Orlando and really appreciated putting our feet up in this beautiful villa.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunhaven villa, it was ideal for us, a peaceful retreat away from the stress of our lives!Unlike a lot of other properties in Rotonda ,SunHaven is a little off the beaten track and is surrounded by pine trees on all sides and across the drive as well there are no houses.its so green and beautiful. The pool is south facing which gets the sun all day. We had a barbecue there most evenings it was just bliss! We were in easy reach of the Gulf Coast beaches , Englewood being the closest and we went there on a regular basis. There are also lots of restaurants to choose from also in Englewood. My husband is a golf nut so he was able to get his fix in a few minutes from the villa. As for the Villa , it was first class, well presented and very well equipped. we loved the direct pool access from the Master bedroom, saved going all the way through the villa with wet clothes from the pool. We would definitely recommend this villa and come back next year!
