Our new home has all of the amenities including a heated pool! Furnished with cool and comfortable leather in the living room, a beautiful dining room,and separate family room, our canal home offers relaxation and gorgeous sunsets. Bring your laptop for a wireless internet connection!
The bath for the private master suite( with a queen bed and walk- in closet) includes a soaking tub and large walk-in shower; a full bath services the second (queen) and third bedrooms (2 twins). A poolside 1/2 bath with an outside hot and cold shower make spending the day outdoors easy! Very quiet neighborhood to truly relax and enjoy your vacation home. House is located on Marker Road, Rotonda FL 33947.
A guidebook and map is kept in the home that offers suggestions for best restaurants, (casual and fine dining) 1-10 miles, grocery stores within 2 miles,and video rentals, clothing, shopping, souvenirs, beaches,fishing,boat rentals,bike trails and movie theaters within 10 miles. There are 2 bicycles for your use in the garage. also, beach chairs and float toys, a cooler and beach towels are all here for your enjoyment. We have thought of everything you might need during your stay!

we found your home to be more than expceted! It is spotless in every way. The bicycles and beach supplies gave us the opportunity to do what we want and have what we needed to do it with, like being at our own home. The golf courses are amazing and only a two minute ride. Englewood beach at only 8 miles away is an all new facility (as if you didn't know that) showers, toilet facilities, shaded picnic tables and a long sandy pritine beach! We'll be back.
