the previous reviews leave little to add except to say it does exactly what it says on the tin ( uk advert-sorry ) . Also, if you get a small hiccup at the start of you holiday, like I did, worry not;, Peter and Lesley and Al and Darlene, plus the neighbours, were really helpful. Many thanks for everything, will be back next year.

Spectacular!

What a dream come true! This house is beautiful, well landscaped and it has the most inviting pool! I can not even think of one thing a family could want, which is not supplied with this home! It has everything - including a lovely canal view! Pure paradise .... and two months was NOT long enough! We are already looking forward to 2013!

What an amazingly BEAUTIFUL home! It is truly a home away from home! Our family of 6 had a VERY relaxing and refreshing vacation! The house is very well decorated and filled with any ammenity you might need. The children thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and I loved the fact that they could swim and we could watch them from the living room or bedroom or kitchen! We saw all kinds of neat wildlife and the beach is literally 10 mins away, such a short drive. Also a very short drive is Wal-Mart, Winn Dixie and any restaurant you could really want. It was a pleasure staying here and the Bennetts are such sweet people. Also, Al Cohan their property manager is the sweetest man and right there if we needed him for anything! We truly felt at home here and experienced the best vacation we have had yet!! Thank you Bennetts and Al for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we LOVED IT!! Everything was just absolutely great! The house was spotless and furnished with such taste - loved the art deco and also the local paintings done by P.Bennett - we presume the owner of the house? The pool was much used, the toys were really good fun! We were lucky enough to meet the neighbours who were a great source of local info. on restaurants, beaches and boat trips. Al your agent was a diamond, nothing was too much trouble for him. We really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home and we will definitely be returning- thank you so much for all your help with the booking and transport arrangements.

We were lucky enough to spend time at this beatifully presented villa as part of a two centre Florida holiday. Could not be more different from Orland... The villa in perfectly situated in an attractive residential area (with great neighbours) close to shops and restaurants and a short drive away from a number of idyllic beaches particularly Boca Grande. Even in high season there were no more than a handful of people any any of the beatiful beaches. The owners and have obviously carefully thought of everything and there was plenty to keep everyone happy, even my 8 year old daughter who loved the pool and inflatables! Felt totally relaxed and refreshed before returning to Orlando. We definitely hope to go back.

What a beautiful house and great location! A real 'home from home' feeling, everything you could possibly need and more, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. There was so much attention to detail, even inflatable pool toys, bikes and a bbq, all of which we made use of. Very serene, peaceful place, with the odd bit of action in the appearance of an alligator or turtle in the canal, which was fantastic and really lovely friendly neighbours. A wonderful stay, I can't recommend highly enough, didn't want to go home and can't wait to go back! The beaches are fantastic, in particular Boca Grande which is stunning as were the paintings in the house, so you had the gorgeous views when you were inside and out! Owners were extremely helpful and obliging in every way. Thank you.

Recently spent some time at this beautiful villa. Very tastefully decorated with all the facilities you could want for a wonderful and relaxing holiday – loved the pool - a home from home. Lots of lovely wildlife in and around the garden and the most gorgeous sunsets. Very friendly neighbours and plenty of really good eating places not too far away. Hope to return in the not too distant future.

Just wanted to let you know we thorough loved your home. It was more then we imagined and expected. It made our vacation absolutely fabulous. The home was top notch with every available amenity we could ask for. Our family spent many hours in the beautiful pool and at the local nearby beaches. The inside was so clean and orderly and just made us feel right at home. We didnt go without anything. Everything was well stocked and we also grilled outside a few nights. We got a few visits from the canal alligators and my boys and dad thought it was awesome. We also went on a dophin cruise 10 minutes away, and that was fantastic. The men golfed while the woman shopped. I can't thank you enough and tell you how much we loved your home. Al was a gem and so much help when we needed him! What a great guy you have in him! 2/23/09 We just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay. The house was wonderful, beautifully decorated and yet very comfortable. We were within 15 miles of two great beaches. One was in Englewood the other in Boca Granda. It is close to shopping. We enjoyed taking our dog for a walk each morning. The neighborhood was very friendly. It was a joy to get away from the harsh Wiscosin winter and have a couple weeks of relaxing fun in Florida.

Dear Peter and Lesley: Thank you for giving us the opportunity to experince a great vacation in your rental home. It was very relaxing to say the least. Everything was just the best. Our guy's thoroughly enoyed the golf courses that were very close. The ladies enjoyed the heated pool along with the wildlife. We had a white ibis visit us at the lanai door and made our days. The alligator bathing in the sun on the bank of the canal behind us was just incredible. You have the best agent taking care of your home, he was always available when needed (which wasn't often) and very personable. The only sad thing we can say is it is not available for us next year which isn't a surprise. You have a beautiful home and I do hope everyone takes care of it. We will be glad to return. It´s with a great sadness I write this e-mail from Sweden and the reason is that we are back home again.
Ok, it´s always nice to be home but we have enjoyed our stay in your wonderful villa in Rotonda so much.
Everything went well and Mr Cohan checked the house together with me when we left yesterday. He is really a wonderful guy as well as your neighbours at Marker Road.
We are really satisfied with everything that the villa offer and the beaches and the golf just next door is fantastic.
It´s close to Miramar shopping in Naples and Ellenton with prices low as 25% of the Swedish normal price. It´s close to Tampa for Icehockey, It´s close to everything.
It´s not a matter of IF, it´s a matter of WHEN we ask you if we can rent the villa in Rotonda again.
I will do my best to promote your villa in Sweden.

We found your home to be more than expceted! It is spotless in every way. The bicycles and beach supplies gave us the opportunity to do what we want and have what we needed to do it with, like being at our own home. The golf courses are amazing and only a two minute ride. Englewood beach at only 8 miles away is an all new facility (as if you didn't know that) showers, toilet facilities, shaded picnic tables and a long sandy pritine beach! We'll be back.
