Our new home, located at 5 Marker Road, has all of the amenities including a heated pool!  Furnished with a mixture of beautiful European and Floridian style furniture featuring a large 42" FLAT SCREEN HD TV, HD DVD, I-POD DOCKING STATION,Large selection of DVD movies for your entertainment.HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET connection for your laptop , and a beautiful dining room, our canal home offers relaxation and gorgeous sunsets.   The bath for the private master suite( with a King bed, FLAT SCREEN TV and walk- in closet)includes a soaking tub and large walk-in shower; a full bath with shower services the second (Queen) and third bedrooms (2 twins). A poolside 1/2 bath with an outside hot and cold shower and gas BBQ grill make spending the day outdoors easy!  Very quiet neighborhood to truly relax and enjoy your vacation home.The house is located on Marker Road, Rotonda FL 33947.A guidebook and map is kept in the home that offers suggestions for best restaurants, (casual and fine dining) 1-10 miles, grocery stores within 2 miles,and video rentals, clothing, shopping, souvenirs, beaches,fishing,boat rentals,bike trails (2 bikes provided) and movie theaters within 10 miles.CAR GPS NAVIGATION available free for your use during your stay. Our home is surrounded with five 18 hole golf couses!Boca Grande Beach is just a short drive away.Englewood Beach is 8 miles  to the west and local dockside restaurants and marinas are abundant.Port Charlotte for shopping and fine dining is only 15 minutes drive. Sarasota and Sarasota Int. airport is only a 45 minute drive to the north with Fort Myers about the same distance South.Sailing excursions are plentiful as are day trophy fishing trips.Tennis courts, bicycles, golf, swimming, the beach, golf or drinks by the pool!

Everything was just absolutely great! The house was spotless and furnished with such taste - loved the art deco and also the local paintings done by P.Bennett - we presume the owner of the house? The pool was much used, the toys were really good fun! We were lucky enough to meet the neighbours who were a great source of local info. on restaurants, beaches and boat trips. Al your agent was a diamond, nothing was too much trouble for him. We really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home and we will definitely be returning- thank you so much for all your help with the booking and transport arrangements.

We were lucky enough to spend time at this beatifully presented villa as part of a two centre Florida holiday. Could not be more different from Orland... The villa in perfectly situated in an attractive residential area (with great neighbours) close to shops and restaurants and a short drive away from a number of idyllic beaches particularly Boca Grande. Even in high season there were no more than a handful of people any any of the beatiful beaches. The owners and have obviously carefully thought of everything and there was plenty to keep everyone happy, even my 8 year old daughter who loved the pool and inflatables! Felt totally relaxed and refreshed before returning to Orlando. We definitely hope to go back.

What a beautiful house and great location! A real 'home from home' feeling, everything you could possibly need and more, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. There was so much attention to detail, even inflatable pool toys, bikes and a bbq, all of which we made use of. Very serene, peaceful place, with the odd bit of action in the appearance of an alligator or turtle in the canal, which was fantastic and really lovely friendly neighbours. A wonderful stay, I can't recommend highly enough, didn't want to go home and can't wait to go back! The beaches are fantastic, in particular Boca Grande which is stunning as were the paintings in the house, so you had the gorgeous views when you were inside and out! Owners were extremely helpful and obliging in every way. Thank you.

Recently spent some time at this beautiful villa. Very tastefully decorated with all the facilities you could want for a wonderful and relaxing holiday – loved the pool - a home from home. Lots of lovely wildlife in and around the garden and the most gorgeous sunsets. Very friendly neighbours and plenty of really good eating places not too far away. Hope to return in the not too distant future.
