Description of the Rotonda vacation home rental

Vacation home for up to 6 guests. Screened Pool with a lot of privacy. Nice landscaping. 3 Bedrooms, Kingsize, Queensize, 2 Twins. 2 Bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances: Glastopoven, Refrigerator with Icemaker, Dishwasher, Coffeemaker, Toaster, Microwave and Dishes, Pans and Pots. The Pool is solar heated and has always a nice temperatur.After a long day at the wonderful Beaches or a lot of shopping, you can rest in the Livingroom and watch Satelit TV or your own DVD´s. The Pool area and Lanai can be reached from the Masterbedroom, Living Room or Nuk. The Pool has a child protection fence ! And is facing south. You can watch the beautiful sunset.

Area Information

Port Charlotte is the bigger town. Around the corner is Publix, WinnDixie, Walmart for the everyday groceries. Nice Restaurants. The Island of Boca Grande is only 15 Min. away. Englewood Beaches can be reached in about 8 Min., and you will not regret to visit the Island of Boca Grand. About 15 Min. away. Beach as far as you can see.

Wonderful, relaxing vacation

My sister and I spent our annual "sister vacation" here. This home is very nice and most importantly, very clean. The pool and pool area were great. It was nice to sit out and eat or play cards, swim or just sit and read. There were plenty of towels and chairs and umbrellas for the beach! We will definitely contact Gaby and Jurgen when we are ready to head that way again. It was conveniently located for us. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and pots, etc. I just can't say enough good! We had a great time!

Lana and Luwana are the pefect example how to leave a house. Just nice, neat and clean. Everything in place. It was just a nice surprise to come back to the house.

We really enjoyed our stay at your villa in Rotonda West. The weather was great, the pool was warm and inviting, we swam almost every day. The home was very clean and the pool area was nice and private. We would love to stay there again but you are already booked for next year .

Wow ! What a wonderful place for a vacation. Even if you do nothing but stay here and not visit the area, you will find it perfect. But please visit the beaches and the other sights the area has to offer. You'll be happy you did. If you need anything just ask the owners, they are two of the most accomadating people you will ever meet. Don't wait too long to book this villa as it rents very fast. We missed out for next year and will have to find another place. Hopefully one as perfect as this one.
