Description of the Rotonda vacation home rental

Wonderful vacation Villa in Rotonda West. Close to the Beaches of Englewood, Venice and the Island of Boca Grande. Solar Heated Pool. Furnished with Kingsize Bedroom, Queensize Bedroom and 2 Twin Beds. Both Bathrooms has a Tub. Kitchen equipped with all appliances, dishes and pans. This Rotonda West vacation rental also has Cathedral ceilings and in the living room a wall to wall sliding door to the large Lanai, where you can enjoy watching the sunset at the Pool. All Major Malls are in the area as also Restaurants and Shops.

Area Information

Close to the lovely Beaches of Englewood and the Great Island of Boca Grande. White Sand as far as you can see.
Bike pathes which you can bike with the Bikes we offer you for free !! A BBQ-Grill for you Lunch oder Dinner is included.
High chair and Baby Crib for the little once are also included.

Wonderful!!

We spend with our children wonderful holidays in Rotonda! The house didn't leave any wishes unfulfilled. Mr and Mrs Hasenkamp were very helpful and courteous, a friendly and nice contact. We have been very sorry for it when we had to depart again. We like to recommend this vacation house and, once, hope to be able to go again there on vacation.

Clean, spacious home

This home was very nice, very clean and very spacious. Pool was great including solar pool heat. 3 nice bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms. Good Wi-Fi connection and a lot of TV channels! Neighboorhood is very quiet and just 20 minutes from the beach of Englewood. Boce grande Island is 20 minutes drive, also very nice beach. We went to Busch Gardens Tampa (1,5 hour drive) and a couple of Disney parks (2,5 hour drive) as well. During our stay we had pleasant contact with the owners, Gabriele. Beautiful clean home!

We stayed the first week in April in #39256 in Rotonda W. , Fla. It was a beautiful home with a solar heated pool, and quite private. The wireless internet was very useful and we enjoyed the satellite TV system as well. This home is located near some fabulous beaches and fishing. We hope to return again!

Great open house - great pool area

We spent the month of January, 2011 at this house. It a very nice, open-spaced house and very comfortable. The pool/lanai is exceptional. Everything you need is already at the house. The area is a quiet one. If you are looking for night-like not here. If you are looking for peace and relaxation ... exceptional.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We were absolutely delighted with this rental. The house was spotless, and beautifully decorated. We had a great time staying there for two weeks. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach ( 20 min drive) and the great variety of beaches to choose from. Each was quite different so we felt like we were traveling to different parts of Florida. We had no problem finding isolated areas on the beach, and not traffic. It is close to a superwalmart and only about 20 minutes from a variety of major shopping places. We spent much of our time relaxing by the pool, reading, riding the bikes and spending the afternoons at the beach. It is close to some major attractions, but we only went to Thomas Edison's winter home, an interesting trip. Paul and Wendy were very nice. They were in no way intrusive... just wonderful neigbors to have when we had a question. We will be back next year. We highly recommend this vacation rental.

Beautiful Clean Home!!!!

We rented this house for our family vacation and absolutely LOVED it!!! It was very clean, kid friendly, and they provided alot of necessities you wouldn't expect such as: pool toys, beach chairs, basic kitchen needs (saran wrap, tinfoil, coffee filters etc.) We will definitly be coming back in the years to come!!! We Highly recommend this home and the owners couldn't be nicer!!! Thanks for making our vacation even more enjoyable!!!
