Great Location and Home

My wife and I stayed here in early June, 2012. We had always stayed on the beach with lots of noise and commotion and this time decided to be more private and peaceful. This home had it all. Very tastefully done; the home was perfect for our trip and we came back more refreshed than ever.

Wonderful vacation home!

My husband and I stayed in July 2012 and had such a relaxing time. We enjoyed exploring the area. There are wonderful beaches close, and great restaurants. We played tennis at the Rotonda Community Park and enjoyed the walking track. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool at the house, and feel like the pool bathroom was a great amenity. The house is beautiful with tasteful decorations and open spaces. It was very clean and had everything we could ask for. The master bath was awesome. Thanks for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful vacation home!

Great place at a great rate

Loved this house. Decor is very tasteful and furniture and linens etc. are new and of high quality. Master bedroom and bath are great. Loved the lanai and pool. Couldn't ask for more in a vacation rental. Both owner and local management were very helpful.

Excellence in Rotonda!!!

It is my pleasure to write this review of our stay at 939 Rotonda Circle. My family stayed there for 2 weeks in July/10 and we had an excellent time. First of all the house itself was wonderful! Everything was so new and clean and the open concept was fabulous as there were 6 of us. The furniture was new, the beds were so comfortable, the master on-suite is to die for with that open double shower!! I've never seen anything like it before! The house was fully stocked (except for food) and there wasn't anything we felt we were missing during our stay. We have decided that Rotonda is so centrally located that it is so easy to do day trips. We explored from Sarasota to Fort Myers and we even made it to Sanibel Island. We visited Siesta key, Casey key, Venice beach (beautiful-my favorite) Manasota beach, Engelwood is the local beach which I nicknamed "shelly beach" because that's what it is. We had a blast looking for shells and finding shark teeth. The shopping and amenities are not more than 5 minutes away. I forgot to mention the screened in lanai and pool. Again it was so great to have this right outside the door. We were so impressed and we will definitely return to this house in the future.

Wonderful Home!

Let me start by saying that this house is 1st-class! It's got just about anything you could ask for...luxurious linens, fully equipped kitchen with high-quality applicances/surfaces, and top-notch furnishings. The home also featured a whole-house intercom/radio that we used often, not so much for the intercom feature, but for the radio. I can see how this system would be fantastic for parties as well. The area was great for us as we were looking for a place that was less touristy than some of the more popular locales. Instead, it's far enough inland (still just minutes from some beautiful beaches) that grocery prices aren't too high and there aren't a million people clogging up the streets and stores. As first-timers, we had lots of questions about the rental process. To our pleasure, the owner was easily accessible and very patient with us. Overall, I would highly recommend this property!

Hi John. We are safely back in lovely London after a long tedious but uneventful ride from Florida and I thought I should drop you note to say how much we enjoyed your property in Rotonda. It was everything you said it would be and I will be a busy guy over the next few months as my wife implements many of the decorating ideas she witnessed at your property.

The Rotonda area is very quiet and just ideal for a good rest, with close proximity to the beaches, fishing piers, shopping, restaurants etc if that is the plan for the day. The weather was very hot and it was just great to have the pool basically right in the residence. My Grandson had a great time swimming and seldom seemed to be out of the pool. The many doors off the lanai and the ceiling fans circulated enough air that we did not once make use of the air conditioning.

A great time was had by all and we thank you for making your property available to us. If you ever need to provide references to future renters of this property please do not hesitate to give them my e-mail address and I will be prepared to provide them the benefit of our good experience to allay any concerns they may have about the place. With this great experience behind us we are looking forward to further trips to this part of Florida and hope that at some point in the future your rental property may once again be available to us.

First renter Christmas or 09 said the house was Magnificent and would return the following year.
