Description of the Rotonda vacation home rental

Custom designed, fully air-conditioned vacation home!

This house is 10 minutes away from Boca Grande. You can have all the premium luxury of that island, at an affordable low-cost, with this vacation rental home.

Spacious (over 2000sq ft), with lots of room to lounge about and relax during your vacation time. Beautiful cathedral ceiling creates a very open atmosphere. Flat screen TV and Stereo Sound System.

Kitchen is fully-equipped: coffee-maker, oven with ceramic top, dishwasher, toaster, electric tea kettle. ect . There is a formal dining set, a dinette set and seating at a kitchen bar. Plates, pans, pots, cooking and eating utensils ect are provided.

Towels, sheets, linens are provided.

Television service is provided by Direct TV

Internet service is provided

Master bedroom: One queen-sized bed.
Bedroom 2: Two twin beds with generous closet space and nightstand.
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds with generous closet space and nightstand.

All bedrooms come equipped with ceiling fans.

Bath 1: Toilet, Soaker Tub ("jacuzzi"), Shower, Sink.
Bath 2: Toilet, Shower, Sink. (These are full baths!)

Laundry Room: Washer/Dryer.

2-car garage.
There is a BRAND NEW POOL!

Heating of pool will incur an extra $75 charge per week.

We are flexible with long term renting prices, so please don't hesitate to contact us!
