Welcome to Your Rotonda Villa, a new 4 bedroom 4 bath home in Rotonda West on Florida's Gulf Coast awaits your arrival for the luxurious, memorable vacation you deserve. You have many choices for your accommodations but if you are looking for an extra special home with owners who truly care about your comfort and enjoyment, look no further.

A family friendly home it has been furnished to a very high standard in tropical 'Florida Style' decor which is delightful and fun as our gallery of photos attests. All the comforts of home with all the amenities of a 5 Star resort you'll find the Villa well-equipped with everything you need. Designed and built exclusively for rental the layout of the Villa was customized to provide guests privacy in the sleeping areas and generous, open spaces in the main living areas of the house with expansive glass overlooking the pool and deck.

A large screened in cage covers the oversized 16' X 24' electrically heated pool. Its south facing aspect allows you to enjoy Florida's Sun without moving your pool loungers. Heated year round 80-85 F for your comfort with lighting for nighttime swimming you may spend more time outdoors than inside. The pool deck area has 6 Sun Loungers, patio/lanai table seating for 8, a Gas BBQ as well as an assortment of pool toys, floats and pool volleyball equipment. A baby barrier fence is provided for safety around the pool.

For your entertainment, each of the 4 bedrooms has a TV w/ DVD player. Throughout the Villa High Speed Wireless Internet access is available (just bring your laptop) and Stereo Sound is controlled with individual speaker controls though the house and pool area. You ''''''ll agree the family room has it all with a 32 inch Sony TV, DVD player, Playstation 2, Karaoke and includes a library of movies, music, games, and books.

No detail has been overlooked in the planning and outfitting of the Villa. We try to do everything within our ability to ensure you have the best possible time during your stay. Our previous guests comment that we have taken every step to provide a luxury home with a high level of comfort and amenities.

For your pleasure, there are 4 Cadillac Eldorado Bicycles with helmets provided. These comfort cruisers bikes are so much fun to ride. Rotonda has many quiet streets which are easy pedaling for all ages. The Cape Haze Pioneer Trail is just less than 2 miles from the Villa and is a paved bike path which runs about 15 miles from Englewood to Placida.

Some of the finest state parks in Florida are near our home where you can see an abundance of wildlife, enjoy scenic drives and more. When you visit Rotonda you discover a part of Florida that is off the beaten path-unhurried, unspoiled, and uncrowded.

Enjoyed Our Stay, August 8, 2007

Vanessa, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your villa. We have stayed in my villas over the years in Spain and Portugal, but they did not come close to the high standard found in your residence. My wife and I were so happy with the accommodation that she wants to leave the UK, buy a place Florida, spend 6 months a year there and the rest of the year in France. In reply to your questions below, we could not fault the cleanliness of the house and pool. We had little contact with the management company and therefore we could not assess them. The air conditioning in the villa was fine but we found a setting of 78 degrees as more comfortable than 80 which was recommended by the management company. If we come back to Florida in the future we would use your villa and we will definately recommend your place to our friends. My youngest son and I enjoyed the bicycles and used them on four out of the eight days we stayed. I cannot think of any improvement to your villa other than you could do with some wine glasses and instructions for use of some of the equipment could be placed in your information file with an idiots guide to their use. I would like to thank you for hiring your home to us, and I made sure that my children enjoyed themselves but respected your home, after the great amount of effort that you have put into it. Having just returned home after spending the month of February at your villa, we wanted to write and compliment you on the amenities provided. The villa is well situated in a quiet residental area with easy access to shopping, restaurants and golf. Your home is spacious, clean and well equipped with all the comforts of home. Vanessa -- just wanted to thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your home. We all had a fabulous time and the house was just perfect. The way the bedrooms were arranged worked great with grandparents and our teenage son - everyone had their own space yet enjoyed the openess of the living area/kitchen. Of course the pool was icing on the cake for all. My husband and son enjoyed two days of golfing too which was very much appreciated.

Wow, what can we all say? Had a fantastic, relaxing trip. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. The pool was great, we played a lot of volleyball. We just can't say enough about the house. From the bedroom/bathroom layout, the kitchen and how well stocked it was (Bruce and Jackie had just gotten back from a condo in Hawaii 3 days prior to this trip. The condo had very minimal pans, utensils etc., and the furniture seemed very 2nd hand.) They were very impressed with your home as we all were. In fact, we want to go back next year and hope the boys play in the same area. Our usual day started with Brad and Bruce going golfing, then we would relax in the lanai and pool. Go to baseball games, eat dinner, do the pool thing again,then play some cards or dominoes. On Wed. we went to Boca Grande and did the beach thing. There were some dolphins so that was nice. It was awfully hard to leave on Friday morning and get back to reality. Again, thank you so much. It was a GREAT vacation.
