The subdivision is noted for its quiet neighbourhoods yet close by are gulf beaches, golf courses, local restaurants and supermarkets. The fully air-conditioned property lies at the tip of a canal spur. The pool and living room have views along the canal. The pool deck is Southeast facing, allowing you to sunbathe throughout the day. There is a covered deck area to cool off, read that book, or enjoy a casual meal.

The villa has a 24ft x 14ft solar heated Southeast facing caged pool and large sun deck, with a patio table that seats six as well as four sunbeds for you to while away those sun-drenched days. The pool is fully maintained by the management company and has the latest in automated cleaning and chlorination control. A removable barrier around the pool is provided for the safety of small children. The luxury fully air-conditioned living accommodation is over 2,200 sq.ft., and comprises:

Fully equipped large KITCHEN area to cater for all your culinary needs, with breakfast bar, island worktop, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and telephone. There is also a gas BBQ, located in the garage, for your use outside the pool cage on the concrete pad provided.
