Description of the Rotonda vacation villa rental
This stunning villa built in late 2005 is South West facing overlooking a canal and nature reserve. It is spacious and fully air conditioned and sleeps up to 8 people. There 4 bedrooms including 2 Master Suites(1 king and 1 queen) and 2 twin bedrooms which share a further bathroom. Both masters have their own TV/DVD. There 2 separate lounge areas one of which features a 32 inch satelite TV, DVD, and CD. All TVs in the villa are satelite and receive over 100 channels The other lounge provides a restful spot merely to relax, this room also serves as a dining room for those more formal dining occasions if required. A large fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher provides a more casual dining area. A separate utility room with washer and dryer completes the accommodation.
The villa is ideal for two family groups but equally suitable for smaller parties, which require that extra space, it is furnished throughout to a high standard in traditional Florida style.
The 2 master suites, kitchen and formal dining area give access to the South West facing spacious lanai and extended deck area where the 14ft by 26ft electrically heated swimming pool awaits, (pool heating recommended between November and April at an extra cost).
The pool area is fully equipped with sunbeds, a large table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining, it looks out down the meandering canal and the nature reserve, it should be noted there are no further properties to the right of the villa which adds to the privacy. Being close to the nature reserve ensures a variety of birds including, eagles and herons, regularly fly overhead.
Golf is on your doorstep and you can walk to the Long Marsh Clubhouse in a few minutes.
We have sought to provide every conceivable extra including toys, books, games, pool toys, beach accessories, CD's and DVD's to help you enjoy your vacation. All towels including beach towels and bed linen are included

Pine Valley is located within the Rotonda on the South West coast of Florida in Charlotte County, often referred to as Florida's hidden secret, or the real Florida. It is near the beachside town of Englewood on the Gulf of Mexico. The International Airports of Tampa (1.5 hours) and Fort Myers (1 hour) provide easy access to this area.
Englewood has over 27 miles of white sandy beaches, many of which are almost deserted during the week. With Manasota Key to the North and Boca Grande to the South, our villa is perfectly located 15 to 20 mins drive to these fabulous beaches where pelicans fly overhead and dolphins swim in the sea. Englewood is one of the last parts of the Florida coastline to be discovered and is being developed on strict guidelines. Nearby Port Charlotte caters for all those craving retail therapy with a large Mall, whilst the Outlet Malls of Sarasota are 50 mins drive away.
Rotonda consists of many beautiful homes, which have been built on large lots amidst natural lakes, canals and golf courses. Many Americans and Canadians have made this area their home and you will be staying in a quiet and peaceful residential community. Which is also home to an array of Florida wildlife including pigs, raccoons, bobcats, turtles, alligators and a variety of birds. A nature reserve and conservation area has been maintained in the centre of the Rotonda, where you can get close to 'Real Florida'.

We have a very helpful and efficient management company, who look after the maintenance of the property, which includes weekly pool service, lawn maintenance and cleaning after your stay.
In addition to office hours for general help and advice about the villa and the area, they are available 24 hrs a day in case of emergencies.

- Lodging Tax: Included in rates
- Deposits: 20% deposit upon booking unless less than 8 weeks proir to arrival. Final payment is required 8 weeks proir To arrival together with a $175 security deposit which is refundable upon your return to your home address at the end of your vacation
- Other Fees: Rates start from the $950 and depend on party size and season. Rates include all Florida Taxas, Local Tel calls and end of stay clean.
The only extra is pool heating if required, reccommended November to April £60 or $90 per week.
We are happy to take bookings for a minimum of 4 nights. However they will incur an extra cleaning charge of $106
We can now accept bookings by Credit Cards via Paypal, however this would incur a 3% service charge purely to cover Pay Pal costs.

Great Rental, April 3, 2008 We had a most relaxing holiday in your beautiful villa - the best one we have ever been to. It's in a most peaceful setting. The aspect is just wonderful and it has a tranquil atmosphere about it. I think it has everything to make a perfect holiday. It was great.

Yes, we had a wonderful time thank you. The house was very nice - well equipped and so well situated. It is far and away the nicest place we have stayed in. Everybody loved it to bits.
There were absolutely no problems with the house or any other aspect of the holiday. We have never stayed in the area before but now look forward to returning in the future. Now the children are older, Orlando seems a bit 'seen it - done it'. We cannot think of one place we visited that we did not love.
We left a few inflatables and a couple of surf boards in the garage to stock up the toy selection. We had great use out of them and somebody else should too.
We saw so much wildlife, it would be a very long mail if I described it all. One thing to mention though, there seems to be an Armadillo trying to burrow under the lanai where it meets the house wall on the lake side. He didn't cause us any problems but you may want someone to look at it for you.
Well, we wish we could return next Easter, but college exams look like they will prevent us from travelling at that time.
