Description of the Rotonda vacation villa rental

This is not a typical "rental" villa - this is our home in Florida that we rent out. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything that Florida has to offer.Situated in the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac,it is furnished to the highest standard and comes complete with everything that you need to enjoy a great vacation - including a south facing deck area and a 32 foot pool.There are 3 large bedrooms. Master suite includes king size bed, walk in wardrobes, walk in shower and "his and hers" vanity units, with separate WC. The second room has a queen sized double bed and the third room has twin beds.An open plan lounge, dining room, breakfast nook,are all tiled for cool luxury. We have a kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with ice maker, all utensils, breakfast room, utility room with washing maching and tumble dryer and integral double garage.Free Wi-Fi access is available for your convenience, just bring your laptop! You can also benefit from free local and international phone calls.
There are plenty of pool "toys" you can use, and although not part of the rental, you are free to use the 3 bicyles that are in the garage, as well as the two tennis racquets.

Area Information

Located in the residential area of Rotonda West, near Englewood in South West Florida, there are stunning beaches within easy reach, offering fishing, sailing, jet skiing or just relaxing. There are also 5 golf courses on Rotonda alone,all within easy reach of the villa. Fort Myers, Naples, Sarasota and Tampa are all within reach if you want to explore.
There is something for everyone in the area - be it shopping, eating,golfing, fishing, sailint, or just lazing about.
We employ a local property management company who will be available to help should you have any questions during your stay

Beautiful villa !!!!

My husband and I , along with another couple, rented this beautiful villa for the month of March.We were really impressed with the quality of the furnishings..the beds were great and the master ensuite,a dream...The location was perfect..nice and private on a beautiful cul de sac...yet close to everything..lovely lanai and pool area ..Colin was extremely helpful in answering all our questions...The long distance phone plan was an excellent perk.I would highly recommend this well appointed villa to anyone.

This villa was exactly as advertised. The house was very clean and well supplied. The WiFi was appreciated. The neighbourhood was very quiet, which made for a restful vacation by the side of an excellent pool. The location was handy for shopping, restaurants and golf.
