This is not a typicl "rental" villa - this is our home in Florida that we rent out. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything that Florida has to offer.Situated in the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac,it is furnished to the highest standard and comes complete with everything that you need to enjoy a great vacation - including a south facing deck area and a 32 foot pool.There are 3 large bedrooms, two with king size double beds and one with twin beds, open plan lounge, dining room, breakfast nook,kitchen with all utensils, breakfast room utility room and integral garage.Free Wi-Fi access has just been added for your convenience, just bring your laptop!

Located in the residential area of Rotonda West, near Englewood in South West Florida, there are stunning beaches within easy reach, offering fishing, sailing, jet skiing or just relaxing. There are also 5 golf courses on Rotonda alone,all within easy reach of the villa. Fort Myers, Naples, Sarasota and Tampa are all within reach if you want to explore.
There is something for everyone in the area - be it shopping, eating,golfing, fishing, sailint, or just lazing about.

This rental home was everything and more than we expected. We were looking for a quiet get away to spend Christmas. The weather was fantastic, we enjoyed the pool, the local beaches. It was wonderful. I would certainly recommend it to anyone.
