Description of the Rotonda vacation villa rental
This beautiful waterfront home is located in the new Pine Valley area of Rotonda West. It's only 10 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico beaches - and 10 golf courses within 20 minutes drive - or just go fishing in the lake at the rear!
The spectacular water/golf course view is immediately visible as soon as you walk in the front door and can be enjoyed from the 2 main bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and breakfast room; as well as the pool area. The pool has a separate spa, and both are heated by solar panels. Come and feel warm and relax. With the private fencing on one side of the pool area, and we own the land on the other side of our villa, this home is very private.
The house, located on a quiet road, has a delightful open floor plan and was completely refloored in the summer, with new porcelain tile in all living areas and lush carpet in the bedrooms. Soaring ceilings and 7 sliding doors add to the spaciousness of the house. And the master bedroom has a brand new firm queen bed.
We hope you will join us in living in a greener environment, as every week we have curbside recycle pick-up for glass, plastic, paper, steel and aluminum, and also use of the solar heating of the pool/spa. We have reusable shopping bags and our lights are replaced with energy efficient bulbs. Thank you for sharing in this effort.

The villa is located in a quiet, picturesque area just minutes from a wide choice of restaurants, wildlife parks, stunning beaches, shopping centers, and numerous local attractions. Golf, tennis, sailing, theaters, fishing, nature trails, bicycle trails, and lots more!
Further afield for exploring are Disney World, Miami, and the Everglades; or take a "FastCat" Catamaran cruise to Key West.

We came for the golf and weren't disappointed. Five Rotonda courses for all levels of play within ten minutes, many more within 30 minutes. the home is very comfortable and well equiped, including 2 bikes to cruise the neighbour hood and local trails. good neighbourhood in preserve like setting. Watch all the florida wildlife from the lanai while enjoying your morning coffee. Wonderful beaches fifteen minutes away, without the crowds and traffic of Venice or Fort Meyers.
