Description of the Rotonda vacation villa rental

BRAND NEW for 2008,'Innisfree' is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with wonderful heated pool and spa. It is located in the peaceful and serene deed restricted area of Rotunda Lakes on the Gulf Coast of South West Florida.

It is an upmarket and elegant home which offers our guests a truly luxurious villa retreat for all who stay! Step inside and you will agree that this mediterranean style home is just that little bit different from all the others. You will find a super Chef's state of the art kitchen, complete with top of the line stainless steel appliances, counterheight bar stools and seperate dining nook for family get-togethers. A seperate laundry room complete with large capacity washer-dryer can also be found off the kitchen.

The home also offers two seperate living spaces in which to relax - the Great Room complete with 40" LCD satalite TV which faces directly onto the pool and spa area, and the sunny family room for quieter moments where you can kick back and listen to a CD or just read a book!

The 3 bedrooms are furnished in their own unique way. The huge master suite has direct access to the pool and spa and provides a luxurious queen sized bed sumptously furnished in rich tones of red and gold. It has its own 32" LCD TV, ensuite bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath tub, dual sinks and large walk in roman shower, as well as plenty of storage space.

The lavishly appointed 2nd Queen room has a wonderful metal sleigh bed and is furnished in shades of aqua, taupe and brown. The 3rd bedroom is made up of 2 twin beds. This nautical themed room is warm and inviting with white washed furniture and bed linen by Tommy Hilfiger to compliment the unique decor. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a well-appointed guest bathroom.

The fabulous pool and spa area is South West facing and gives our guests the opportunity to soak up the wonderful Florida sunshine all day long. It is stylishly appointed with large tile dining table, 6 dining chairs and 4 sun loungers. A BBQ grill is also provided for guests' use to enjoy outdoor living at its best!

We have provided 2 adult bicycles for guests to enjoy this local area of Rotunda Lakes and all that it has to offer.

WiFi internet is also available - just bring your laptop!

Rotunda Lakes is a peaceful and serene deed restricted area, where the pace of life is relaxed and carefree - just what you need to re-charge your batteries!

There are many terrific beaches within minutes of the home, namely Boca Grande, Gasparilla, Englewood and Manasota Key. For the keen golfer, there are 99 holes of Golf just minutes from our front door ..... you have to play at least 9 of them!

The Cape Haze Nature Trail can be found 1 minute walk from the house, and this offers a safe cycle path for cyclists and walkers alike, whilst viewing the many species of wildlife along the way.

Numerous shopping opportunities can be found in Port Charlotte, a 10 minute drive south, or further afield in Sarasota or Fort Myers.

There are many restaurants to choose from, be they the family friendly variety or those who want more 'fine dining', the choices are numerous.

My husband and I recently spent a week in this Villa and would return again! House was spotless and new, very comfortable and nicely decorated.We also enjoyed the pool and spa. Beaches are beautiful in this area. We hope to return again soon!
