Description of the Rotonda vacation villa rental

This Luxury Waterfront new villa was built in late 2007.
It is spacious, fully air conditioned and sleeps up to 8 people. Inside, you will find 4 bedrooms which include 1 king-size, 2 queen-size, and 1 twin-size beds)and an additional 1 sofabed in the living area. The villa has 3 bathrooms, dining room,and a large, open-concept living room with a 42 inch satelite TV (receives over 100 channels), DVD, and CD player. There is a billiard room available for entertainment. A large fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher, provides a more casual dining area. A separate utility room with washer and dryer completes the accommodations.

The villa is ideal for large families, groups, and is equally suitable for couples. You can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere and stay in the comfort of recently designed interior and luxuriously furnished home.

There is access to a spacious lanai and an extended deck area where you will find the 13ft by 26ft freeform designed, (3'to 6' deep) electrically, heated swimming pool, and a spa.(Pool heating recommended between November and April at an extra cost). The pool area is fully equipped with sunbeds, and a patio set (large table and 8 chairs). From this area you've got an amazing view at the "Rotonda river".

Not to worry:
We provide all the necessary items for a comfortable stay, those include bathroom towels, beach towels, bed linens, table games, pool toys, beach accessories, and new "Wilson" golf club set for golf-lovers. Golf course is on your doorstep and Clubhouse at a walking distance.

Also you can bring your laptops and make use of free Internet.

We stayed at this house for 10 days (2 adults and 3 children) and had a wonderful time! It was very comfortable and relaxing! The pool was amazing. The furniture was very comfortable and the house had everything you could possibly need. If you don't mind driving a few miles to the stores, beaches, etc., then this house is perfect. We would definitely come back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We rent homes every year in the Rotonda area for the last 10 years and this home is well above the norm from the furnishings, cleanliness to the management company. We stayed two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the home, views from the lanai, and all the nearby golf courses (at least 5 within Rotonda itself). We are definitely coming back and recommend this home for anyone who enjoys golfing.

We had never rented a house before and didn't know what to expect. This house was wonderful for our 5 adults. The layout gave everyone their own bed/bath area and the main living/dining area was HUGE. The whole place is much bigger than it looks in the photos. We spent alot of time in the pool/patio area. Even with day guests for a cookout, there was plenty of room. The kitchen had enough dishes/glasses for a crowd and was a joy to work in. The master suite was enormous - I wish I had those closets at home! Comfortable beds and sofas, a very nice TV and a convenient laudry room were all appreciated. We all wished we could have stayed longer! It was a great house for relaxing and kicking back. Everyone was impressed with the house.

This villa was fabulous to stay in. It gave my family a place to relax and still feel at home. The pool was great and the furnishings were actually comfortable unlike some many rentals. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy their down time!

 

 Great "off the beaten track" home for families, February 2, 2009

We stayed 4 adults and 2 kids for 10 days. The home is brand new and is very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. We enjoyed the pool and the large outside BBQ. The large plasma screen with multiple of channels were great. Location wise it was good if you don't mind a 10-15 min. drive to the beach or to the grocery store (Publix). The real nice beaches of Boca Grande is more like 20 min, but worth the drive. To go northt to Siesta Keys beach(Sarasota) is a must. This beach has the most beautiful sand we have seen (and we are world travellers). The golf course across the road was well maintained (Palms course) and fairly easy to play - despite plenty of ponds (with gators). The golf clubs that are available in the home were brand new and a good set of clubs if you are only going to play a few rounds). Only reason for not giving it all 5 stars is distance to better restaurants and shopping.

We just returned from our stay at your beautiful home. The pictures don't do it justice! The pool and jacuzzi were great, but the controls for the pool heat were a little tricky. The house has great cookware and many nice touches throughout. The location is good - guiet, close to the beach, etc. We didn't golf, but there was plenty available. Wonderful experience overall.
