Description of the Rotonda vacation villa rental

Porta Bello Al Mare is a beautiful villa unlike any other villa in Rotunda, Florida. It is more than my vacation home, it is truly the place I long to be. It is custom painted and furnished by an professional designer with all the comforts of home. It is my personal getaway, that I feel it is a shame not to share it with others.
The Master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bedroom suite, TV, private master bath with soaking tub and large walk-in shower, and walk- in closet,
A full bath services the second (queen) and third bedrooms (2 twins).

Very quiet neighborhood to truly relax and enjoy your vacation home.
1-10 miles, grocery stores within 2 miles,and video rentals, clothing, shopping, souvenirs, beaches,fishing,boat rentals,bike trails and movie theaters within 10 miles.

Area Description

Located in the residential area of Rotonda West, near Englewood in South West Florida, there are stunning beaches within easy reach, offering fishing, sailing, jet skiing or just relaxing. There are also 5 golf courses on Rotonda alone,all within easy reach of the villa. Fort Myers, Naples, Sarasota and Tampa are all within reach if you want to explore. Miami I just a 2:30 drive away.
There is something for everyone in the area - be it shopping, eating,golfing, fishing, sailint, or just lazing about.

Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday
Lodging Tax: 12%
Deposits: 30% rental due at booking, second payment and $400.00 security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival.
Other Fees: $400.00 security deposit. To heat the pool it is $80.00 a week, which is the cost of electric. There is a $140.00 final cleaning cost.

We spent a family vacation at this property. Had a great time and will stay here again. It was very clean & neat. Had everything we needed. The owner was great to deal with and we will surely rent this property again.

This home was a find, everything about it is perfect, From the lush accomadations to the beautiful heated pool, right down to the tastefull professional decor. The owners are very frendly, honest salt of the earth people! I highly recommend this home for a perfect Florida getaway.
