Description of the Rotonda vacation villa rental

This fully air-conditioned and spacious villa has four bedrooms -- three with en-suite bathrooms and the fourth with its own en-suite toilet facilities. The villa is fully equipped to accommodate a large family; it has all the typical and the luxury items to make life easier (a list is available). All you probably need to bring are your clothes. The home features a large, solar-heated swimming pool (32 feet by 14 feet) that is totally enclosed in an over-size sunscreen, which provides a large sunbathing area and a shaded lanai for those who like the shade.
The pool area has plenty of poolside furniture, sun-loungers with a table and 8 chairs. The lounge and the two master bedrooms have patio doors that directly open out onto the swimming pool area. For convenience one of the bathrooms is directly accessible from the pool area.

Area Information

This villa is located on the Cape Haze peninsula, just south of Venice. The nearest town is Englewood, with the larger town of Port Charlotte only a 20-minute drive away.

Great rental

We rented this home because of a wedding taking place on Venice Beach. There were 5 of us in all at this home, each with their own bedroom and bath. My husband and I had the master suite. The home was perfect and we certainly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as stated in the ad and the pool was great! It was a secluded area which made it nice and quiet but still within a reasonable distance to anything you might want or need. House was very clean and well stocked with the necessary kitchen items and linens. Thanks for allowing us to rent this home!
