Description of the Rotonda vacation villa rental
The master bedroom has an en-suite with a jacuzzi double bath and separate walk in double shower. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area, utility area with separate washing machine and dryer and double garage with automatic door.
Enjoy the peace and privacy of this luxurious home, just a few minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
Enjoy our eco-friendly solar heated SW facing private pool (overlooking Pine Trees, Golf Course and Lake), pool deck (lanai) which is fully screened and equipped with loungers, table, chairs, gas BBQ, ceiling fans and lighting (including pool lighting).
Our friendly local management company is always on hand to attend to your every need and is responsible for cleaning the villa before and after your visit. They will also attend to the maintenance of the pool and gardens on a weekly basis.
As you enter our villa, the hallway leads into a spacious "Great Room" with a vaulted cathedral ceiling. One side leads to the master bedroom and ensuite with his 'n' hers basins, a spa bath and a huge walk-in shower. The other side leads to bedrooms two, three & four and bathroom two. The fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and separate family dining area completes the internal space. The double garage with remote-controlled opener provides a shady place to leave your car. There is also a separate utility room which includes a full-sized washer and dryer.
If you like to keep in touch with friends and family, or even work, a wireless internet broadband connection is provided.
This villa features a large screened solar-heated south west facing swimming pool, protect by a baby barrier and a shaded lanai with lights and 2 ceiling fans, for those who like the shade. The pool area has plenty of poolside furniture, sun-loungers with a table and 6 chairs. A gas BBQ is also available for the man of the house. Beach chairs and a few pool toys are stored in the garage as well. The garage door is equipped for remote operation.
Area Information
Rotonda West is part of a nature conservation area near Englewood that provides an ideal ambience and safe environment to combine relaxation from the rigours and stresses of everyday life with the opportunity to enjoy the numerous recreational pursuits and leisure activities on offer. Within easy reach and a short driving distance from the villa is the Gulf of Mexico offering mile upon mile of golden sandy beaches and the opportunity to watch the local wildlife including dolphins in their natural habitat.

This home was beautifully decorated, more than adequately equipped and a gem. With 4 bedrooms, pool, quiet location and a wonderful kitchen, we were more than satisfied. But only come if you want - we hope to find it open when we need to return - again and again!

"A peaceful and relaxing vacation home near golfing and beaches."
This home is spacious with an open floor plan. It is located in a well maintained, quiet subdivision, near many golf courses and beaches. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation, this is a perfect home. Great beaches, golfing and boating. Tons of dolphins, stingrays and shells at the beach. We incurred a few minor issues, and service was prompt and excellent. Owners were very accomodating and easy to work.
"Peacefull retreat"
A great place to get away from it all, while being close to great amenities. Located in very quiet area of a well-kept upscale neighborhood, backing onto a golf course. Spacious, open-concept, well-furnished with a well-stocked kitchen. The solar heated pool was between 80-85 degrees F during our stay of 3 months. 2 piece pool-side washroom was very convenient. Pool toys, 2 bicycles, beach chairs, cooler, and lots of books. Manasota Key beaches within 15 minute drive - Boca Grande 10 minutes. Close to Spring training baseball stadium, restaurants and shopping. 1 1/4 hour drive to Fort Myers airport (smaller and easier than Tampa). Fishing and cruise charters nearby. Owner was very responsive in resolving any maintenance issues.
Note: Bathrooms are not suitable for wheelchair-bound guests who need bath-chair access to a shower.
