Description of the Rotonda vacation villa rental

Discover Tropical Splendor, where your senses will be filled with the delights of Island living! Our bright and spacious home is ideal for families, honeymooners or snow birds desiring a peaceful paradise which is a few minutes away from glistening beaches, marinas, fine restaurants and local shops . Situated at Rotonda West , the house was newly purchased and professionally decorated to offer great comfort and privacy. Rich rattan furnishings and vibrant fabrics flow from room to room.

This villa is about 2300sq ft . Its spacious open floor plan includes a 11”x14” dining area along with rich plantation shutters and tropical prints. Across the dining area stylish French doors open to a 9”x15” den area which has a 42” flat screen TV, writing desk , recliner and queen sized sofa bed .

An open kitchen overlooks the 12”x11” breakfast nook area and 18”x22” great room complete with sofa, 50” flat screenTV and love seat.

Lanai doors open on to a pool deck area, ideal for our sun lovers. Relax in sun the loungers and view the serene and tranquil fresh water canal.

Our deluxe master suite overlooks the beautiful canal and opens onto the pool deck area. Guests will enjoy the romantic 15”x14” master size bath that contains a full size shower area & garden tub with pillars.

Guests Bedroom #1: 12”x11” along with queen sized bed

Guests Bedroom #2: 11x11 along with full sized bed.

House offers 11x11” personal home office with a large desk.

Three bicycles are provided for guest use.

Area Information

We are members of a golf program which allows guests staying at the house to enjoy unlimited golf on 4 of the Rotonda courses, paying a $50. administration fee, and for the golf cart hire. Ask about the "Golf Scoop".

Visit the many quaint restaurants and marinas in nearby Placida and Englewood.

Boca Grande is a short distance away for an island visit. It is called the Tarpon Fishing Capital of the World.

Sparkling beaches are a 10 - 15 minute drive from our home.

The Cape Haze Bike Pioneer Trail is excellent for walking, jogging, or bike riding (three bicycles are provided for guest use.)

Rotonda is a quiet, peaceful, safe, and friendly community.

This villa is very tastefully decorated with lovely furnishings and great bright colours. The masterbath is brilliant. If its relaxation you are looking for this is the place. The bikes are a bit of fun as well. If you feel like a trip to the beach we would recommend Boca Grande beach its a great beach for a walk along (no swimming) with loads of shells to collect if thats your thing. We had to drag ourselves away from the poolside. If we were to return to Rotonda West this would be the villa we would want to stay in.
