Description of the Rotonda vacation villa rental
This grand home will take your breath away!! With 4000 square ft of space and about 2800sq ft under air, our home is a perfect destination for your holiday!
The owners chose such a beautiful piece of paradise because of the south rear aspects, large pool deck area and complete privacy due to fact that it’s located on a double lot and backs onto a nature reserve.
This house was professionally decorated to provide beauty and comfort. Our Management Company keeps The Preserve in immaculate condition for guests.
The living space consists of a great room, dining area,
and open kitchen. The breakfast nook comfortably seats 4 and provides breathtaking views of the pool area. A large family room is located at the back of the house, with large lanai doors opening onto the pool deck.
A separate den/study contains desk and fully furnished sofa bed (single) which can be used as 4th bedroom.
Sleeping area features master size bedroom along with king sized bed, wardrobes, wall mounted TV and fantastic en-suite bath with garden bath, twin sinks, shower and private WC.
Guest’s Bedroom #1offers queen sized bed, dresser and wall mounted TV. Guest’s Bedroom #2 offers queen sized bed and dresser. Guest’s bath offers tiled tub/shower and vanity unit (single).
Outside, on the expansive pool deck, our guests will find 4 sun loungers for sun bathing. Our guests can use the spacious lanai for having meals. The lanai also offers a separate shower and half bath.

Area Information
We are members of a golf program which allows guests staying at the house to enjoy unlimited golf on 4 of the Rotonda courses, paying a $50. administration fee, and for the golf cart hire. Ask about the "Golf Scoop".
Visit the many quaint restaurants and marinas in nearby Placida and Englewood.
Boca Grande is a short distance away for an island visit. It is called the Tarpon Fishing Capital of the World.
Sparkling beaches are a 10 - 15 minute drive from our home.
The Cape Haze Bike Pioneer Trail is excellent for walking, jogging, or bike riding. Three bicycles are provided for the use of guests.
Rotonda is a quiet, peaceful, safe, and friendly community.

We stayed here the month of January. This house is a lovely place to stay. The pictures don't lie. The master suite was beautiful and spacious. We had friends and family visit and they all loved it. We had great weather and spent alot of time at the pool. The golf package was a great deal. Sandy was very easy to deal with. I highly recommend The Preserve.
