Condo is walking distance to both Olympic size & regular size pool areas. Designated parking areas. Very cozy leather furniture. WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE. Rotonda is just about an 1 hr 15 min drive South of Sarasota and 1 1/2 hour drive North of Ft. Myers. This attractive condo is only available May 1, 2010 AND ANY TIME up until December 24, 2010. SO CONSIDER NEXT YEARS TRAVELS!!!!!! FULLY FURNISHED and includes all linens, pots and pans, beach towel's, beach chairs, 2 TV's, DVD player in living area with added movies, King size bed, all the comforts of home, puzzles, games, community coin operated washer & dryer, coffee maker & microwave. There are two community pools, one is a lap size pool and is the largest pool the other is heated and is perfect to just hang out with your noodle. For the person who likes to work out, there is a tennis court and shuffle board. The condo is just minutes away from Boca Grande, Stump Pass, Englewood, Manasota, Venice and Siesta Key Beaches. The hardest part is deciding on which beach you will hang out for that day. The shelling and shark teeth huntung are your forever treasures and the gossip is the sharks teeth are bigger at the Venice Beach a/k/a The Jetty's. We are the best kept secret with all white sandy beaches in this quaint little town of Englewood/Rotonda. Could be your secret toooo... If boating is your thing, accommodation's for launching are located at the County Park in Placida about 10 min. from the condo. Eldreds Marina, a full service marina is right next door to the county park and has everything a man could want. Fishing is great in our area whether you fish from the beach or the pier. You're bound to catch something. Our location is close to all your shopping needs. Ft. Myers has wonderful outlet malls. Or put on your walking shoes and check out the huge Wagon Wheel Flea Market....OK.....so this is the deal.IF YOU WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THIS CUTE COZY CONDO WE REQUIRE A $200.00 reservation/security deposit and a $80.00 cleaning fee due upon booking. Area Description

The location of this cottage condo is with in a 15 minute drive to Boca Grande, Englewood Beach, Stump Pass and Manasota Beach. Best beaches on the West Coast of Florida. Disney, Sea World are about 2 1/2 hours drive. Busch Gardens is about an 1 45 min drive. There are 7 golf courses in our general area. Fishing, jet skii rentals, deep sea fishing are all available in our area. OR, just relax by one of two pools on site. The time is yours............
