Description of the Rotonda West vacation home rental

Winter/Peak Season (January 1 through March 31) 3 MONTH MINIMUM STAY

Non Peak Season (April 1 through December 31) monthly and weekly stays.

This three bedroom and two bath pool home is located in Rotonda West. There is a large covered lanai and inviting pool area. The pool is both solar and electrically heated. The backyard overlooks a wooded area for privacy.

The living area is an open great room plan with vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom has a double door entry and a king sized bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and door to the pool area. The guest bath is also a pool bath. This home even has bicycles in the garage, beach chairs, and Internet Included.

Area Information

Rotonda West is a deed restricted golf course community which includes 5 golf courses with a total of 108 holes to play. Local area public beaches are 10 minutes away, boating, shopping and dining are just down the road.

Centrally located in Englewood with easy access to Boca Grande and Port Charlotte to the south and a short drive to Venice and the Sarasota/Bradenton area to the north.

Fantastic pool home

April 28, 2012

I spent a very relaxing weekend at this fabulous pool home. It's very spacious and had everything we needed and more! The home is tastefully decorated with three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Lots of storage space if you're planning for a long stay. Stocked with books and games for indoor days. With a patio set, bbq and pool, the majority of our time was spent outside! The pool is heated and enclosed so no maintenance is required. Close to the grocery store and great shopping is about 20 minutes from the house. Exceptional home and can't wait to return some day!

The house was great, everything you need for the week! Lots of linens, and tools in the kitchen for cooking. Nice quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful clean pool. House is very clean. Highly recommend.
