Description of the Rotonda West vacation home rental
New three bedroom two and a half bath home in Rotonda West. Former model home has every ammenity for your comfort. Soaring 12 foot ceilings and over 3200 square feet gives a feeling of spaciousness throughout. The large master suite opens to pool and has his and hers walk in closets and ensuite bath with 6 jet marble tub and walk in shower. Opposite side of home is private with two more bedrooms and offers a queen bed and two twin beds. Seperate bath with tub and shower. Living room wall opens to pool and features 32in TV with DVD player. Seperate family room opens to pool and offers 42in TV. Home intercom/stereo system in every room including pool area.
Kitchen is large and well stocked for every need. Includes refrigerator with ice and water in the door, electric stove with microwave and dishwasher. Laundry room with extra large front load washer and dryer.
Lanai with seating for six overlooks pool with seperate pool bath. Barbecue gas grill also provided.
Walk to the community park for tennis and picnic area along with hiking and biking trails.
Great beaches 15 minutes away. Shopping 10 minutes from home along with a variety of restaurants.

Fabulous home

We rented this property for 2 1/2 months. It had everything we needed. The owners were very accommodating. The house was immaculate; kitchen fully stocked, high quality linens and they even ordered a DVR especially for us. This place felt like home. Quiet area, excellent restaurants and close to beautiful beaches. We would go back in a heatbeat!
