Quiet and peaceful little corner of the Rotonda West development. House is not isolated but has neighbors next door and down the street. Town recently paved asphalt in entire neighborhood (Nov '12). 7-km biking trail inside development.

Very close to the beach. Many golf courses situated nearby.
Close to grocery store (5 min).

5 minutes from Boca Grande Island.
10 minutes away from Myakka State Forest.
15-20 minutes from Port Charlotte, Englewood, North Port.
