Fully equipped with everything you can ever need at home. 3 spacious bedrooms with queen beds, fabulous master bathroom has a dream ensuite bath with a Roman shower, dual sinks, tub, enclosed toilet area; and walk-out to a new swimming pool and screened lanai. Split bedroom plan offers privacy and convenience. The house also offers eat-in kitchen, separate dining room, family/TV room and living-room with sliders to the lanai and swimming pool. The attached double car garage offers plenty of room for your vehicle.
No pets allowed in the villa.

Area Information

The house is located in a desirable Rotonda West Community which offer many local golf courses, community center with tennis courts, one of them have one lighted at night as well!, trails and children’s' playground. A few minutes drive will take you to a many beautiful area beaches with plentiful fishing local and deep sea opportunity, mini golf, go carts, beaches, restaurants, shopping, air boats and many more attractions.
A short drive will take you to the prestigious Boca Grande, a residence of some of the rich and famous.
Surrounding pool is extended o the lanai and pool deck which gives you a larger area to make the most of the luxury outdoor time ever, furniture, table and chairs are included.
