On Florida's Gulf Coast, nestled between Naples and Sarasota our villa is situated in Rotonda. This whole area has been categorised as a Deed Restricted Nature Conservation Area, making it a wonderful Wildlife magnet attracting hundreds of different species.

The villa is located in the exclusive Pine Valley area on Boundary Boulevard which is popular due to its convenient location for the numerous championship golf courses (which are just minutes away). For all keen Golfers, you will be pleased to know that our villa does have a limited number of Rotonda Golf Packages which are available to Guests at a highly discounted price throughout the year. Due to their popularity, these are strictly allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

The views from the front of our villa are uninterrupted and go straight out onto a wildlife preserve and wild bird sanctuary. The views from the back of the villa are stunning with the amazing waterway/canal and fishing dock.

Also, young and old will enjoy the nearby award-winning beaches – perfect for dolphin watching, shell collecting, watching the sun-rise or set or simply eating freshly caught fish at the excellent beachfront restaurants.

ROTONDA:-
Rotonda is part of a nature conservation area near Englewood. It's situated in a quiet and exclusive residential area that has a great golfing community. The area is filled with intersecting canals, lakes and waterways which are ideal for walking, cycling and spotting hundreds of wildlife.

It is very popular with people of all ages from all walks of life due to the friendly welcoming hospitality of the neighbourhood combined with the safe, peaceful and relaxing ambience that the surrounding environment has to offer.

With miles and miles of superb beaches, an average temperature of 74 degrees Fahrenheit and excellent local restaurants it's not hard to see why so people return year after year.

GOLF:-
Rotonda has its own golfing community with
5 championship golf courses within a 5 minute drive of the villa. Within a 30 minute drive you will find a further 10 courses - most are public or semi private with no membership required. Our Villa does offer a limited number of Golf Packages for our Guests at a very discounted rate. Please enquire further as this super deal does sell-out very quickly each year!

FISH:-
If you love to fish then the area has some of the most sensational fresh and saltwater fishing in southwest Florida. Tarpon, kingfish, grouper, bass and trout are all here. If you wanted to take things easy and not stray too far from home then you will be pleased to know that we have built our own private fishing dock where you can sit for hours fishing and watching hundreds of wildlife wander pass.

BEACHES:-
While Florida is in possession of superb beaches on all coastlines, it is generally accepted that Gulf Coast beaches are the most beautiful and uncrowded.

Only a short drive away are the beautiful and unspoiled beaches of Englewood, Stump Pass, and Lemon Bay not to mention the stunning beaches at the exclusive Boca Grande Island. Take a stroll along the powdery white sands, swim in the warm turquoise waters of the Gulf or enjoy a pre-dinner drink whilst watching the breathtaking sunset at the end of a relaxing day.
