Located on Florida’s Gulf Coast in Rotonda, nestled between Naples and Sarasota.

When you walk through the door of our Glorious Gulf villa, you will instantly have the “Wow!” factor.

Our beautiful home is a newly built, contemporary 3 bed/2 bath which has been professionally and tastefully interior designed with comfort and style in mind.

The waterfront location provides peace, tranquillity and amazing views whilst the oversized plot ensures extra space and privacy.

You will enjoy using the large private, South-facing, electric heated pool as well as having your very own fishing dock if not for fishing on, then simply relaxing with a good book and a glass of wine.

We, as the owners, have been involved with building our home from Day One and have lovingly strived to make sure that our villa will provide the ideal location for your perfect holiday.

VILLA INSIDE:-

Our villa has been designed to the highest standard and specification with lots of upgrades.

Professionally interior designed, we have used calming neutral tones and rich fabrics to give a contemporary and tasteful feel. We have mixed leather, marble and Italian stone to create a luxury yet comfy home.
Every room is light, spacious and well planned.

We have installed wireless broadband internet which we provide free of charge.
We have also purchased a magnificent Philips Sonowave multi-region surround sound system so you can play your own music via your Ipod, MP3 or CDs and also watch your own DVDs.

There are 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people in total.
The king suite has a stunning 4 poster bed, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower large enough for 2(!), his and hers basins and enjoys views of the pool.
The queen & twin suites are decorated with Laura Ashley fabrics. Both have great views of the garden and waterway and share a bathroom with bath and shower.

The kitchen is at the heart of the villa and is well equipped for every culinary occasion.
Other rooms include an elegant dining room, formal room, family gathering room, utility room, pantry and breakfast nook area.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout, has ceiling fans in all the major rooms and all linen and towels are provided.

VILLA OUTSIDE:-

Swimmers will delight in the inviting, elegant large south facing pool. It can be heated in the cooler months to allow all year round swimming.
For sun lovers, the delightful sun deck which stretches out to the pool area, is the perfect place to sunbathe on the amazingly deluxe sun-loungers (complete with built-in comfy back rests!)
Dine alfresco under the covered lanai/patio area which comes complete with superior patio furniture and gas BBQ .

The landscaped garden area leads down to the waterside.
Here you will find your own private fishing dock, complete with fishing rod and leisure chairs. Even if you don't fish, it's the perfect spot to watch the sunset, enjoy a good book with a glass of wine or watch the different types of wildlife.

CHILDREN FRIENDLY:-

Having 2 young children of our own, we thought we would highlight the advantages of having children at our villa:-
* The villa benefits from being on one level hence, no stairs.
* It has a lockable child safety barrier surrounding the pool and the whole pool area is located within the screen which means access to the garden and canal area is only possible via 2 doors.
* The shallow end of the pool is only 3ft which makes it a lot easier for little children.
* Large front and back garden making it an ideal area where children can play.
* Bring your own DVDs to play on our multi-region DVD player and keep your kids amused.
* The twin beds are great for kids too.
* Nightlights to ensure comfort in the dark.
* The local park is only 2 mins away from the villa and has a good playground area with lots of swings/climbing equipment, bike trails, multi-purpose fields open space, nature preserve, nature trails, picnic area, tennis courts, toilets.
* For an exciting day out Busch Gardens theme park is only 90 mins away and further afield Disney is approx 2 hours away

ROTONDA:-

Rotonda is part of a nature conservation area near Englewood. It's situated in a quiet and exclusive residential area that has a great golfing community. The area is filled with intersecting canals, lakes and waterways which are ideal for walking, cycling and spotting hundreds of wildlife.

It is very popular with people of all ages from all walks of life due to the friendly welcoming hospitality of the neighbourhood combined with the safe, peaceful and relaxing ambience that the surrounding environment has to offer.

With miles and miles of superb beaches, an average temperature of 74 degrees Fahrenheit and excellent local restaurants it's not hard to see why so people return year after year.

GOLF:-

Rotonda has its own golfing community with
5 championship golf courses within a 5 minute drive of the villa. Within a 30 minute drive you will find a further 10 courses - most are public or semi private with no membership required.

FISH:-

If you love to fish then the area has some of the most sensational fresh and saltwater fishing in southwest Florida. Tarpon, kingfish, grouper, bass and trout are all here. If you wanted to take things easy and not stray too far from home then you will be pleased to know that we have built our own private fishing dock where you can sit for hours fishing and watching hundreds of wildlife wander pass.

BEACHES:-

While Florida is in possession of superb beaches on all coastlines, it is generally accepted that Gulf Coast beaches are the most beautiful and uncrowded.

Only a short drive away are the beautiful and unspoiled beaches of Englewood, Stump Pass, and Lemon Bay not to mention the stunning beaches at the exclusive Boca Grande Island. Take a stroll along the powdery white sands, swim in the warm turquoise waters of the Gulf or enjoy a pre-dinner drink whilst watching the breathtaking sunset at the end of a relaxing day.
