Custom built holiday villa
at Rotonda West, near Boca Grande and Englewood on the Florida Gulf Coast.
4 bedrooms (2 master with Queen beds, one twin and one fullsize sofa bed), 4 bathrooms, large open plan living area, oversized pool, spa and pool deck.
This spacious Florida Gulf Coast holiday villa has been custom built to offer plenty of room for everyone! Brand new in 2007, it is decorated and furnished to the highest standards. You can enjoy comfortable open plan living and modern relaxing bedrooms.
Sleeps 8 comfortably plus cot available if required.
Three bedrooms have their own bath / shower room with the fourth having easy access to the poolside bath / shower room. The oversized pool has been constructed to provide superior bathing facilities and has an extended south west facing lanai/patio with ample space for everyone in your group. Solar and/or electric heating is available. The large outdoor area surrounding the pool overlooks a creek where we see many different birds and animals ( including the occasional alligator!).
A propane BBQ is free for your use poolside providing a great way to relax with beautiful views over the peaceful Pine Valley Creek.
Free use of laptop and high speed internet are available for use during your stay. LCD TV's are in the great room and all bedrooms with 250+ channels including UK Sky Sports.

This Florida Gulf Coast holiday villa is situated in Rotonda West, a wagon-wheel shaped community (easily visible on aerial photographs) of beautiful homes divided by fresh-water canals, convenient for local shopping, restaurants, with several stunning beaches nearby, and the many golf courses, both on Rotonda West and the surrounding area. Sunset cruises, often seeing dolphins, operate from nearby marinas, and you can also hire self-drive boats.
To the south of the community is a protected wetland where visitors are able to observe an area rich in wildlife which provides ideal habitats for a wide variety of birds, including bald eagles, herons and egrets, and animals including bobcats, otters, racoons and armadillos.
