BEDROOMS
Master Bedroom with queen bed, 42" plasma TV and en-suite and patio doors overlooking the Lanai and swimming pool.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen sleigh bed, walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom also has a double bed and walk in closet and television. It also has patio doors overlooking the pool area.

Also an inflatable double air bed is availble for extra sleeping capacity(just plug in and inflates in 1 minute)
All bed linen, towels included.

KITCHEN.
Overlooking the Dining area, the fully equipped refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher,coffee maker, toaster, all cook ware, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc . There is a dining area with table and seating for four, there is also seating for four at the kitchen countertop with 4 bar stools. Also outside the kitchen patio doors is a gas barbecue for use.

Adjacent to bedrooms 2 & 3, the Second Bathroom has both shower and bath facilities and a door that leads to the pool area.

POOL.

The screened pool accommodates a shaded lanai with patio table and six chairs and four lounge chairs with pads.

Laundry area with washing machine and dryer just off the kitchen with a door to the double car garage.

Conveniently located in the golfing community of Rotonda West (just 10 mins from some of the most picturesque beaches of the Florida sun coast. The closest town is Englewood a 10 minute drive with one of the most beautiful white sand beaches on the Sun coast across the bridge on Manosota Key.
The unspoilt Island of Gasparilla and the exclusive community of Boca Grande with shops and restaurants is only a 10 minute drive with beautiful white sand beaches. The beatiful Island of Dom Pedro is accessable by a 3 minute ferry.

The Rotonda community enjoys an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil. You can discover the "Real Florida" There is a wildlife reserve in Rotonda where you can walk or bike, many wild animals are spotted in the community including Armadillos, Bob Cats Wild Pigs. Alligators are plentiful in the Rotonda canals and lakes.
Major shopping outlets are within a 30 minute drive and many local shopping areas within a 5 to 10 drive.

There are several first-class golf courses in Rotonda and the house is very close to the first hole of the Long Meadow golf course.

The Rotonda area is ideal if you want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the larger tourist areas such as Orlando(2 and a half hours north)
For cyclists/joggers there is the "Rail/trail" a disused rail line to Boca Grande that runs adjacent to Rotonda. There are 2 adult and one childrens mountain Bikes available for use.
Kayaks/canoes can be rented to explore the inland waterway and the Mangroves of the Charlotte Harbor Preserve - located at Grande Tours, Placida only 3 miles.
