The electonically heated pool and deck area which has been recently re-modelled is fully enclosed in a mesh cage and has a south west aspect catching the sun most of the day and is perfect for sunbathing whilst relaxing and looking over a peaceful meandering fresh water canal with it’s wildlife. The area is fully equipped with dining table, 6 chairs and 3 sunbeds.

Situated just only 15-20 minutes’ drive from the wonderful beaches at Manasota Key, Boca Grande and the beachside town of Englewood, Rotonda West is less than 2 hours drive from Tampa International Airport.
