Description of the Rye vacation home rental
This beautiful colonial is nestled into the woods,located in a quiet, private area within walking distance to beautiful sandy beaches. The house is large and spacious with beautiful grounds including water fountain and garden pond. There is plenty of off street parking. The home is tatefully decorated in country and traditional antique and replica furnishings throughout. The home is close to all the seacoast has to offer including; wonderful one of a kind shopping, many fine restaurants, antiquing, entertainment, museums, state parks, water sports, golfing, boating, amusement parks and much more. There is something here everyone in all age groups. Come and visit the beautiful coastline of rural New Hampshire. The house rental is available from June through Sept and holiday weeks upon request.
Bed and Breakfast stays are available from mid-Sept to mid-June and rates are based on double occupancy by the day. Room rates range from $125 to $225 off season (Nov through April)and $145 to $245 high season( May through Oct.)All rates are subject to an 8% NH lodging tax. Each bedroom has a private bath, fine linens, cable color TV/VCR or DVD, bathrobes, slippers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clock radio, wireless high speed connection, full gourmet breakfasts and home made pastries. Some bedrooms have Jacuzzi tubs and fireplaces. Come stay with us at the Arbor Inn Bed and Breakfast for a pampered getaway with superior dining.
Rye is located on the seacoast of New Hampshire. The area is historic with beautiful seaside cottages as well as luxurious mansions. Several sandy beaches offer swimming, surfing and sunbathing. The harbor offers boat cruises, sailing, fishing and whale watching. There are several restaurants along the shore from seafood in the rough to elegant dining with harbor views.
Portsmouth (3 miles from the Inn/house) is also a historic community with museums, art galleries, theaters, one of a kind shops, cafes and restaurants, harbor boat cruises, street fairs and so much more.
The area is picturesque with something for everyone. The fall is particularly beautiful with it's rainbow of vivid colored foliage. Winter is a time for reading by the fire or cross country skiing. Spring has it's own flavor of new growth with garden flowers and flowered fruit trees. The summer is a time for getting out and enjoying the sun with many golf courses, beach and boating opportunities. No matter what time of the year you decide to come, there is always something to do or to see that is different than any other part of the country. It is New England at it's best.

We are located in a historic, early colonial area with beautiful architecture and lots of history including forts and museums. We have several state parks along the shore and beautiful sandy beaches. Town has many music and street festivals throughout the summer and fall. Voted one of the best small towns in America.

- Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday
- Lodging Tax: 8%
- Deposits: One half due at time of booking plus one half of the 8% NH lodging tax. Remaining amount due 30 days prior to arrival date.
- Other Fees: A refundable security deposit of $500.00 is due on a seperate check and held aside. The security deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of your depature date as stated in the contract sent to you upon your request. A cleaning fee of $225 is also charged with your stay.
